I'm not one to typically post negative reviews but this has been by far one of the most stressful experiences working with a contractor and deception in my life. After Cristian and his crew left the job without finishing the work, having paid well over 2/3 the money in advance for a large basement refinishing, we have had several contractors out to look at the work. Not only are we out the work and money that we had PREPAID, but much of the work is unsafe and definitely not to code.

Aside from the above mentioned issues, Cristian and his crew consistently came hours late, hungover or currently high. They left a disaster, include 2 tons of debris in our driveway. They ruined a variety of things during their work.

Very unprofessional person. Always high, acts like he knows more than he actually does. Lacks the ability to communicate with other installers. The job took way longer and the finish was much lower quality than he promised. I was very specific with what I wanted, and he either didn't listen or forgot because he was too high.

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.

I recently contacted escobar construction to fix my attic excellent experience the contractor Cristian Escobar was very detailed with the estimate since the beginning that's what calls my attention when they were here in my house they cover everything no dust were going into the rest of the house they cleaned every single day they worked I have no complaints at all these people are very humble professional responsible. I recommend this company and Cristian Escobar the manager contractor 100% satisfaction
