Called these guys to repair a water heater under warranty. They didn't hesitate to do the work. The water heater was repaired quickly and corrected the problem. We asked if they could look at a worn hose on our washer while he was there. This was repaired perfectly. He ended up staying until 7pm to finish since cold weather was expected the next day

Very professional and polite. Gets the job done. I strongly recommend. Hot water heater went out. Owner was able to locate the only replacement in Tyler. Owner was able to get the distributor to open his doors on a Sunday to get the replacement. Owner and brother spent 7 hours on a Sunday installing the replacement.

Woke up to a major leak on the outside of the house. Called and set up an appointment, was told they could get over sometime after lunch. I took off of work and never heard from them all afternoon. Three calls later at around 8 at night I finally got a call back. I was told they could still make it later that night. Jared showed up and said that's a slab leak, charged $100 and recommended Wes to find the leak and do the slab work.

Spoke to Wes and set up an appointment. Was told he was having some issues and might not make it. Never received a phone call just no call no show. At this point it had been 2 weeks.

Insurance stepped in and sent a leak locator out to find the leak, which was in the bathroom. Spoke to Jared to come out and get another up to date quote. They came out and said the same thing. $500 for the fix with Wes doing the slab work (separate cost.) Called Wes who told me he couldn't do the work. Between jared, insurance, and Wes this was a about 4 weeks now.

I was hoping this would be resolved by eschberger since I was told the $100 would go toward the cost of rerepair, but needed this to move forward I called east Texas leak locators. Spoke with Ken, who came out the next day on time. Gave me three options and went to bat with the insurance company. The following day was given the ok by the insurance. Called Ken was told he could probably squeeze it in tomorrow. They showed up and it was completed.

In less then a week we completed what was weeks with eschberger. I requested a refund but stood firm that they diagnosed the slab leak. Will be using east TX leak locators from now on.
