Eric from the beginning was very transparent. I told him what I needed and he laid everything out. The price and equipment needed. He and his partner Luis did an AWSOME job. They even cleaned after they finished. We had him hang and wire two ceiling fans to an existing wall switch and an outlet behind the tv to hide the wires. Which was an additional job I added while he was here. He got it done! He and his partner were very efficient and got everything done correctly. We will be hiring him for our next project.

Just my luck had my breakers flip on NYE and they had actually gone out completely. Eric was one of the first to respond and from the start he was HONEST. Working in real estate, good, quality vendors are hard to come by so I can tell a good vendor when I see one. He immediately tried to walk me through resetting them before trying to schedule an appointment to come out. After determining they were bad, he came out within the hour, showed me the receipt to the parts (without asking), changed them out within 10 minutes and was on his way.
