They came out on a Sunday to clear a sewage drain for a small apartment complex. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. We have to have plumbers here several times a year. This is the first time Erwin & Sons Plumbing Services came. They checked to see that it was clear out at the street drain. In my opinion, they went above and beyond the call of duty.
Oh, and the business is veteran owned.

Brian and his son did a great job. They came out on Saturday morning. They were super friendly. I definitely will use them in the future for my plumbing needs. Erwin & Sons Plumbing Services saved me over $200.00 from another service who came out and wanted to stick me for a simple 20 minute leak repair. Soon as the recommended home warranty (other plumber service) found out my repair wasn't covered, they thought since they were there they would try and stick me, but good. Brian just came to my house and unclogged a sewer drain, quickly and efficiently. He showed me what tools to use and how to use them, then refused to take any money!! I would have had no problem paying the price he had quoted me to come out, because he's a nice guy who clearly knows his trade and did the job perfectly, but he went above and beyond. Based on other reviews and now firsthand experience, it is obvious that this man has character, a well earned reputation and puts doing the right thing over making a quick buck. I know who I'm calling whenever I need a plumber from now on!!

Who Says you can't find an honest plumber, esp. online...
I called Erwin & Sons plumbing for a drain issue in our side yard. We explained that the drain was barely flowing and we were worried about it being clogged and with the possibility of a wet winter we wanted to be prepared. I am always a little worried about calling a random business about home repairs but with his yelp reviews I thought lets give this a shot. They could tell me I have to buy the moon and I wouldn't know the difference. My husband (whom is super reserved) hit it off with him right away. He explained how to keep the drain clear and did the initial clearing for free. He also threw in some materials just for the fun of it. How often in this day and age will you find someone not only honest enough but willing to basically just help out. He said it was as simple as attaching this piece to the hose and blowing the debri out but he could have charged us a fair amount and we would have still be happy with his service. Great Service! ... Brian was very polite and had great customer service. Each step of the repair to my main water line was shown to me and explain throughly as to what needed to be done to fix the leak.
