I'm more than pleased by their expert repair of a couple of malfunctioning toilets and installing right angle shut off valves for several sinks.

The Ervin team takes pride in doing the best and go above & beyond. When my old kitchen faucet would not fit the new shut off valve, they immediately drove to the nearest hardware store to find a replacement faucet - -texting me photos of the best choices. Who would expect a personal plumbing shopper?! I was floored. This team deserves 11 stars.

Outstanding service. It is my second time using their service. The first time I had my kitchen sink valve changed. I used their service again for toilet clogged issues. They had the right tools to inspect. They replaces a sewer pipe and installed a cleanout. They are responsive and complete the work on time. Most important of all, their price is fair.

My property has super sensitive pipes. Sometimes I'll have tenants who will put stuff down the toilet that has no business going down there. Needless to say, I've been through a few plumbers over the years. Ervin has been the most straightforward plumber yet. Even though I wasn't there for the service he kept me informed every step of the way. Unlike other plumbers there were no surprise charges and he showed up same day! He provided photos of his findings and even screwed in a loose toilet left that way by the previous plumbers.
