We were very satisfied with the courteous, professional service provided by Erspamer. These guys answered all of our questions, walked us through the process, and made several trips until the job was complete. No easy task, as we were seeking help with older model Toto toilets.

Erspamer plumbing emergency installed a new water heater for us (Rheem Professional). We had a home warranty at the time, but Erspamer said they don't deal with Home Warranties (after the install was done) and refused to fill out the paperwork so we could submit for warranty. So, we had to pay full price. Then, just over 2 years later, the water heater fails. Rheem said it was still under warranty, and Erspamer should replace it, because they installed it. They charged $250 replacement, and laughed at my wife when she suggested they split the replacement cost with us because there is no way a water heater like that should fail in 2 years. They were very disrespectful and rude to my wife. Then when we asked them to install the new one and we would pay the $250, they still refused, saying that WE owed THEM an apology first, and that we must first take our complaint down at the BBB (I filed a complaint with their laughing at my wife and refusing the warranty work at the BBB). Mia, the owner's wife, absolutely refused the do the warranty work, saying the condition was that we must take the BBB complaint down first, and apologize to THEM before they could do the work. I said that we could talk about the apologies, but that cannot be a condition for doing the warranty work. Needless to say, I found a much better plumber to do the warranty work, and will never do business with Erspamer again. I would never let these rude, unethical people anywhere near my house.

I called about 7 plumbers, and all of them took a look at my pita 1967 push pull shower handle repair project (I sent pictures and already purchased part descriptions and a renovation webpage detailing the repair). Nobody called nor emailed me back, despite originally being ""very confident"" one of their plumbers could handle it (I highly doubted it, given the experience levels, the project complexity, and the questions they asked. That was if I even got a plumber on the phone- many just had secretaries).

Nobody EXCEPT Erspamer.

Erspamer had their most experienced plumber call us right back to discuss, and far less than a week later the tedious (even involved little parts, sawing, and blowtorching!) project was finished, functioning property, and looking perfect. On the day of the project he had called to see if we wanted him to come early because he'd finished the previous job 2 hours early. He was quick, super friendly, and hard working. Price better than expected. He even says he can change the media in our iron filter so we don't have to buy a new one (we've scheduled that for next week).

Honestly I put way too much time into looking through reviews on the bbb and other websites before choosing a service provider. Fortunately Erspamer was at the top of the detailed list I had made, so it was a bit of a relief when they called me back first. I'm just a little disappointed/surprised that none of the other companies else even responded again. Well, except the one that many reviewers said overcharged way way way too much - they didn't want to even look at the pictures so I canceled the appointment they pushed on me. Seems like it would be just common courtesy (or good business practice) to at least leave a message saying ""I'm sorry, we're really not interested in helping with that"" or similar. Fortunately Erspamer seems to still understand the importance of communication.

Definitely recommend highly. Just the excellent communication alone was worth it!

I asked around for recommendations when I found a leak in my outside water line that was sending water into my finished basement. A good friend highly recommended Erspamer, and now I know why. They came right when they said they would, were friendly, wasted no time at all diagnosing the problem, and had the whole issue resolved (including soldering!) in less than 30 minutes. They charge a fair price and give good advice. I will certainly be calling them next time I need plumbing assistance!

Last year, I needed to buy new hot water heaters for my house. An former co-worker referred me to Erspamer. I called them for a quote along with 3-4 other plumbing companies. The quote was witin $100 of the lowest bid, and the sales guy/tech who came out to provide the bid was down-to-Earth and approachable.

I bought two high-efficiency hot water heaters, 40 gallons each. They needed to be power-vented outside.

They arrived with two Rheem units. The installation was smooth and flawless. It's been a year and a half since the installation, and I've not had any problems.

I highly recommend Erspamer for fair pricing and quality work.

I needed help fixing the basement faucets which have been messed up since we bought the house 15 yrs ago. I called Erspamer Plumbers to schedule an appointment and look at the faucets, hoses to the washing machine and anything else they could fix. They fixed everything I needed help and more (upgraded the outside faucet). The entire visit took an hour and they were professional about their work. I just loved it and would recommend their work to friends and family.
