Our water heater went out, so my husband call three companies for estimates all three showed up and Ernie's Person, Daniel, gave us the best price. Then my husband called the back to the main office and asked if he could come back, the lady there said she would call him and get back to us, which she did. Now why I rated them bad, we are old and don't answer phone calls without Caller ID. They called back and had no caller ID, so after a couple rings and then realizing that might be our callback, my husband answered, but could not understand who is was thought it was spam(which his phone showed as possible) CUSSED and hung-up. Then called Ernie's back (in case it was them), but was he number was blocked and went straight to voicemail. I called Ernie's on a different phone, got through explained this and was told that the soonest appointment was Friday between 8-9a, because tomorrow was Halloween (?), AND ALSO to call Friday morning to remind her.
We called another company (who had no problem working on Halloween) and got a new water-heater installed.
Oh and because I am from the old school, I called Ernie's after the it was installed and (I swear) talked to the same person, who answered the phone on Halloween and cancelled our Friday appointment, which she said ""OH"" the water heater installation for Friday. (she knew, I know it).
That is why the low mark. It is for the OFFICE and the repairman.

Stay away from Ernie's Plumbing! As soon as they get your money, they will ignore you and won't care the least bit for their customers!!

We had sewage backup, so we called Ernie's Plumbing for a sewer line cleanout. They used a camera scope, and told us that roots were present, which we already knew. They tried cutting them back, but told us they couldn't do anything. They left after an hour. They charged us for the work done and for the camera scope, which they didn't even provide us. We called the office on multiple occasions asking for the camera scope, but they ignored us each time and when we asked for our money back, the owner acted as if it were our fault and refused to do so. We received rude and even threatening customer service. This company only cares about your money!

I called them 8/31 at 3:00 and told them my shower head was broke. I was told they could have someone out by 4:00. I did not ask, and was not told there is a $250 fee just to come out. I would not have requested they come. George arrived at 3:15 and replaced the shower head and was done at 3:45. It cost me $255.73 as I was given a senior discount.
I called them today and was told they are training a new girl and she told me the charge. She did not. They said they record their calls and I asked them to please listen to that call. They would not. I feel I was taken advantage of. That's a lot of money to replace a $20 shower head.

Used to be my go to, things have changed. Trying to sell me on repiping my house and an insane price to fix a leak on the drainage pipes. Also did not use a drop Matt and the dirt from under the house came up with the guy who was doing a repair. He tried to do an easy fix but another pipe cracked. Gave me a quote for repairing and replacing all the pipes as he said that would be necessary as I am in a 50 year old house. I got a second opinion, and so glad I did. The new plumber came out and said there was no reason to have to repipe the house now, they were not in horrible shape and significantly less quote to repair the current leaks under the kitchen and laundry.

Both bathrooms my husband tried to un clog it but could not get it. I called at 9 am Ernie's they said someone would be at our house between 10 and 12 he got to our house at 10 so excellent response time the technician explained each step of what he was doing and why. He also told me if it did not work what else he might have to do. We were lucky and he was able to get it done quickly and we only got charged the one hour unfortunately it was of course the weekend rate. He also told us what we might do to help prevent future clogs .

BUT... the pricing is unreasonable. Also, the person that came out to diagnose the issue was not thorough.

I ended up having another company do the work because they took the time to figure out why the issue was occurring so it could be fixed.

I have used Ernie's Plumbing in the past, but I won't be using them anymore.

Was able to take care of our plumbing issue in a quick and efficient manner. Armando and his assistant were able to clear the clog within an hour. The price was reasonable and we are very happy! Thanks to my friend, Kelley, for the recommendation and thanks to Ernie's for getting the job done! The customer service lady was super nice as well. She called when they were able to come sooner than originally planned so the job got done even quicker!

Solid install, two new showerheads, and arms. They fixed my toilet with a new flapper and stem value. I would highly recommend them, the price was reasonable and they were very professional. It was quick to make an appointment and they called when they were on the way. Armando and Antonio were the plumbers.

Ernie's came out to hopefully help unclog a water storm drain on our property. They were able to schedule the same day and sooner than anyone else that I called. The plumber/ technician had a pretty bad attitude and foul language. He had an issue with his equipment and yelled curse words the entire time. We brought out an umbrella and set it up for him (it was raining) and treated him kindly. He was not able to help us but said he still had to charge us. I was disappointed and now I'm waiting for a different company come out and help us.
