So had an emergency where the hot water heater was leaking water, flooding garage, and out of commission. Did not want to go through the night without hot water and having water shut off. This was an urgent call out. Checked around for sourcing a gas 50-gallon hot water (at $~$800) and looking at standard installs that were three days out. We ended up calling Ernie's and they responded with same day install. The plumber did a great job installing and bringing connections up to code (house built in 2002 and go figure there are new requirements on connections). We haggled over pricing and got that resolved. If your hot water heater goes out and you want it replaced that day, just beware that this comes at a price. Good quality service at the end of the day.

These guys have bailed us out a couple of times once a clogged toilet, and once a broken water pipe in the front yard. They don't waste time and get the job done. Great local company.

We have called Ernie's plumbing in the past to help with minor repairs. We had a leak under the house that an inspection uncovered as well as a water heater pressure release that needed to be installed. Santiago came out to give us an estimate which we found to be high but decided to hire the anyways. We rearranged appointments, took time off from work and arranged for folks to help with pick up of our daughter from daycare only to receive a call after the time they were due to arrive saying Santiago was out all night and couldn't make it, that was a Friday. We then against our better judgement rescheduled for the following Monday again rearranged things, set up alternate daycare plans and took time from the office to be available for Ernie's Plumbings arrival, again an hour into the arrival window we receive a call saying this time he has injured himself and they can reschedule for the next day. Ernie's Plumbing is NOT reliable, if they can't even get to a job or be creative enough to work out solutions when they have staffing problems how can you expect them to be creative with your plumbing needs?? Reliability is the first step in building trust with you customers, considering we never heard an "" I'm sorry"" I get the impression these folks could give a care about you the customers needs. Do yourself a favor and call someone else or call them and be left in a lurch in your time of need.....

P.S. I managed to get a new plumbing service out for an estimate same day they let me down a second time (Plumbing Solutions) and they did the job right after they gave me the estimate AND they beat Ernie's price by a mile!!

Ernie's has never let us down, and last week they exceeded all of our expectations. We had a clog to our main line and all the way to the cross street. Manny arrived about 5 pm and he worked on the line for 2 hours non-stop. With the clog not breaking up, he called in for assistance and Austin showed up, and for the next 2 hours they worked again non-stop with no luck. Austin went to get the hydro-blaster, and together they worked until 10 pm to get the line clear. These two men went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the line was clear for use. We can't thank them enough for their hard work.

I've used Ernie's Plumbing on and off for many years, but lately I've not received the results I used to get. One of my rentals had a leaky faucet on a claw foot tub, which broke and was spraying water everywhere. They had tried to to repair it but said it needed to be replaced soon. So I waited a few months when it started to leak again and asked for it to be replaced. They sent someone over who broke the turnoff valve and glued it back together, then tried to fix the leak instead of replacing the faucet, which began leaking as soon as they walked out the door! They charged me $235 and when I asked to speak to someone, no one returned my call.

Ernie's Plumbing is the BEST ever! It was a Sunday and I discovered we had a leak in our main water line underneath our home. Called Ernie's in a panic and Austin was there within an hour. Austin located the leak and fixed it within less than an hour. Austin was very professional, courteous and made sure to cover is shoes. The rate was so reasonable even for a Sunday. Will be requesting Austin for water line replacement in the near future for sure. Ernie's Plumbing is definitely my go to plumber for here on out! Thanks Ernie's Plumbing!

I have used Ernie's a couple of times but I have never wrote a review but after today it's about time I did. This is the 2nd time that Austin helped me with my old pipes and I have to admit I will request him if I ever need Ernies again, which I hope I don't. He is quick to find and fix my issue, always covers his shoes and I never feel like he wastes time! I feel Ernies has a very competitive rate for the service I have gotten and when I made an appointment they actually showed up on time. Honest, I highly recommend Ernies plumbing and yes, I also would recommend asking for Austin if you can and no, I am not a relative or friend of his...lol. I am sure though that with the quality of his work that all of the technicians there are just as reputable

Toilet was leaking. Ernie's gave me a same day option. Since it was not an emergency they got someone out the morning of the following day (Austin). He was great. Arrived on time, work completed to estimate. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain if you have a question. We have used Ernie's in the past and will continue to do so.

Woke up to a garage sink full of water from the dishwasher, not a great start to the day! Called Ernies to find out how long it would take to get a service call and they were able to send a technician out right away. Fast friendly service and he was done within an hour. Not only fixing the issue but gave me some tips on how to prevent future backups. Great prices and even cleaned up when he was done, what started as a bad day turned out to only be a brief delay and I was able to get on with the rest of my day with a working sink and no cleanup to do!
