Ernie's has never let us down, and last week they exceeded all of our expectations. We had a clog to our main line and all the way to the cross street. Manny arrived about 5 pm and he worked on the line for 2 hours non-stop. With the clog not breaking up, he called in for assistance and Austin showed up, and for the next 2 hours they worked again non-stop with no luck. Austin went to get the hydro-blaster, and together they worked until 10 pm to get the line clear. These two men went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the line was clear for use. We can't thank them enough for their hard work.

I've used Ernie's Plumbing on and off for many years, but lately I've not received the results I used to get. One of my rentals had a leaky faucet on a claw foot tub, which broke and was spraying water everywhere. They had tried to to repair it but said it needed to be replaced soon. So I waited a few months when it started to leak again and asked for it to be replaced. They sent someone over who broke the turnoff valve and glued it back together, then tried to fix the leak instead of replacing the faucet, which began leaking as soon as they walked out the door! They charged me $235 and when I asked to speak to someone, no one returned my call.

Ernie's Plumbing is the BEST ever! It was a Sunday and I discovered we had a leak in our main water line underneath our home. Called Ernie's in a panic and Austin was there within an hour. Austin located the leak and fixed it within less than an hour. Austin was very professional, courteous and made sure to cover is shoes. The rate was so reasonable even for a Sunday. Will be requesting Austin for water line replacement in the near future for sure. Ernie's Plumbing is definitely my go to plumber for here on out! Thanks Ernie's Plumbing!

I have used Ernie's a couple of times but I have never wrote a review but after today it's about time I did. This is the 2nd time that Austin helped me with my old pipes and I have to admit I will request him if I ever need Ernies again, which I hope I don't. He is quick to find and fix my issue, always covers his shoes and I never feel like he wastes time! I feel Ernies has a very competitive rate for the service I have gotten and when I made an appointment they actually showed up on time. Honest, I highly recommend Ernies plumbing and yes, I also would recommend asking for Austin if you can and no, I am not a relative or friend of his...lol. I am sure though that with the quality of his work that all of the technicians there are just as reputable

Toilet was leaking. Ernie's gave me a same day option. Since it was not an emergency they got someone out the morning of the following day (Austin). He was great. Arrived on time, work completed to estimate. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain if you have a question. We have used Ernie's in the past and will continue to do so.

Woke up to a garage sink full of water from the dishwasher, not a great start to the day! Called Ernies to find out how long it would take to get a service call and they were able to send a technician out right away. Fast friendly service and he was done within an hour. Not only fixing the issue but gave me some tips on how to prevent future backups. Great prices and even cleaned up when he was done, what started as a bad day turned out to only be a brief delay and I was able to get on with the rest of my day with a working sink and no cleanup to do!

I called Ernies at 7:40am for a spigot that was leaking in the backyard. Austin arrived at 8:40am and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and then repaired. He was very honest, as he could have told me that the problem was as bad as I thought it might be, but it was only the spigot leaking, not the line. He even helped me move some bricks from my car to the garden as he had to charge me a 1 hour minimum and the repair took him much less time than that. I've put their number in my phone ready to call next time I need plumbing service.

I had a huge water leak in my front yard, water was running down the street and didnt know who to call. I asked my neighbor and she recommended Ernies, so i called them and the lady that answered the phone was super nice and understood my problem. She said someone would be out with in an hour. I was extemely happy when i heard the knock at the door and it had only been 30 minutes.
Andrew was very polite and told me it looked like my main water line had broken. After checking out at couple of things he said it was definetly a broken pipe and gave me my options. He didnt try to sell me a huge job but after thinking about it and realizing my house is 50 years old I decided to replace to whole pipe.

I was very concerned about my landscaping and all the stone work we had done a few years ago. Andrew explained the entire process on how they would replace the water pipe without damaging my landscaping. I felt comfortable with the process and gave Andrew the green light. Ernies crew showed up and went straight to work and wow I was really impressed on how they took the time to remove my rose bushes and plants so they would not get damaged. It took four guys most of the day about 8 hours of hard work to replace my water line. I was so happy my broken pipe was replaced and very pleased my landscaping was not damaged. Ernies did a wonderful job, couldn't even tell where they had done any digging. I can't say enough about Andrew and his crew.
I hope I don't need a plumber any time soon but when I need one I will definitely use Ernies Plumbing. Thank You so much!

Ernie's is fantastic! I walked into my kitchen and there was water everywhere but I didn't know where it was coming from. I called Ernie's, Andrew showed up and fixed everything! He was polite, never made me feel stupid about not knowing what was going on and fixed the issue. What I didn't know was when I ran my dish washer there was a back up in pipe/tube that was causing all the water to come out of the dishwasher breather, and because it was turned with the opening not going to the sink, water was all over. I will definitely be calling Ernie's and Andrew again.
