Both bathrooms my husband tried to un clog it but could not get it. I called at 9 am Ernie's they said someone would be at our house between 10 and 12 he got to our house at 10 so excellent response time the technician explained each step of what he was doing and why. He also told me if it did not work what else he might have to do. We were lucky and he was able to get it done quickly and we only got charged the one hour unfortunately it was of course the weekend rate. He also told us what we might do to help prevent future clogs .

BUT... the pricing is unreasonable. Also, the person that came out to diagnose the issue was not thorough.

I ended up having another company do the work because they took the time to figure out why the issue was occurring so it could be fixed.

I have used Ernie's Plumbing in the past, but I won't be using them anymore.

Was able to take care of our plumbing issue in a quick and efficient manner. Armando and his assistant were able to clear the clog within an hour. The price was reasonable and we are very happy! Thanks to my friend, Kelley, for the recommendation and thanks to Ernie's for getting the job done! The customer service lady was super nice as well. She called when they were able to come sooner than originally planned so the job got done even quicker!

Solid install, two new showerheads, and arms. They fixed my toilet with a new flapper and stem value. I would highly recommend them, the price was reasonable and they were very professional. It was quick to make an appointment and they called when they were on the way. Armando and Antonio were the plumbers.

Ernie's came out to hopefully help unclog a water storm drain on our property. They were able to schedule the same day and sooner than anyone else that I called. The plumber/ technician had a pretty bad attitude and foul language. He had an issue with his equipment and yelled curse words the entire time. We brought out an umbrella and set it up for him (it was raining) and treated him kindly. He was not able to help us but said he still had to charge us. I was disappointed and now I'm waiting for a different company come out and help us.

They sent out Armando to provide a quote for a couple of leaks in the crawl space. One was a loose toilet wax seal and another was from a loose shower drain. First I notice Armando circling the neighborhood as if he is lost. I called the main line and they said ""he's running late from another job."" Ok, a little strange but doesn't affect me. When Armando finally arrives, he takes a two minute look in the crawl space and tells me ""it'll take all day."" They then quoted me $4,000 for a couple of minor things. I said no thanks and called another plumber. The other plumber fixed the leaks and completed the work for $600. Suffice it to say they are extremely shady.

My toilets and bathtubs were backed up from the night before. I was calling different companies thru out the night and no service. The following day I called Ernie's plumbing company and they gave me a 2 hr window appointment and came on time. The other companies gave me 4 hr window appointments then would delay the service times. This company came right away. I knew the cost up front so no surprises. Daniel came fixed my issue gave me recommendations to prevent future plumbing problems. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Daniel!

We had to call around on a friday and a long weekend before a holiday. Our water heater had started leaking in our garage. We called a couple plumbers and no one was available. We called Ernie's Plumbing & Sewer service. When we called a very nice lady answered the phone- I am sorry I can't recall her name- and helped us with our concerns and explained that a plumber would be at our house within an hour. A very nice plumber, George came out and explained to us what needed to be done. He gave us a estimate and also told us we could get other estimates. We agreed for him to come back on Tuesday as we needed a permit pulled for our new water heater. He showed us what to do if we had any concerns.
On Tuesday he returned with a very professional young man. They both worked very careful using COVID-19 safety protocal and they were very quiet.
After they were done George showed and told me all about the water heater and was very helpful. The garage was cleaned all around their work site and the water heater looks great.
Then another nice lady, Virginia helped with the permit and followed up with dropping off the permit to us and making sure we knew the time the inspector would be coming.
It is very nice to know that there are good family owned companies in our community.
