We had a less than stellar experience with Ernies plumbing. The plumber came for two issues. The outside issue he did very well but the leaky bathtub faucet was still leaking after he left. I called to reschedule and the person I talked to over the phone said he could send a plumber back but I may have to pay more. The plumber came, turned the faucet on and off and told me I prob hadn't turned it off properly. (Did not charge me) Well, yes I was sure to turn it off, and the faucet continued to leak. Well, I called Moen, they sent me the part, and with the help of an online video, I fixed it myself! It took me 2 hours, but, hey, I'm not a plumber.

I called Ernie's this morning because I have a clogged drain. I told the guy on the phone the problem and said I think I need a roter rooter just meaning I needed my drain unclogged. He said that was another co. I said OH you don't unclog drains?. The man said yes but rotor rooter was their competitor he was very rude and didn't seem to want to do the job. I said OK I will call another Company then.

I've used Ernie's before, never a problem but for some stupid reason I called someone else. Guy showed up an hour early (a phone call would have been great since I wasn't dressed) & spent 1.5 hrs and failed to unclog kitchen sink. Said issues with pipes under my house and his company didn't want him to spend that much time on repairs. Are you kidding me? I'm sure glad because I called Ernie's. Because he couldn't fix it I was ""only"" charged $59 t clean up his mess & go all weekend without a kitchen sink. I know Ernie's comes out nights and weekends but since I retired I have to save where I can.

Andrew Brown showed up on time and proceeded to remove the standing water, snaked it again (the first guy left water on my counters, floors & splashed 10 for into another room), cleaned up the sink, removed all his stuff, collected $200 and was gone in 45 minutes!

Andrew was pretty much shaking his head at the incompetence of the guy from the other company. I'll never cheat on Ernie's again and if possible, I want Andrew to do the work. He's a foreman and been with the company for 5 years.

Great vendor, got advice since it was need to changer refregerator mother board that will spend more money. He said better to buy a new one that replace it. No charge anything.

We developed a natural gas leak which needed immediate service. After one phone call, Ernie's responded promptly. Upon arrival at our home, Chris immediately got to work tracing down the cause of the leak, carefully testing each gas appliance and fixture. He located the cause of the leak, made the repair, and confirmed that there were no further problems. After turning the gas back on and checking all of the pilot lights, he cleaned everything up. There was not one wasted minute. The price was also far less than we had feared it might be. You can be sure that we will be calling Ernie's Plumbing and Sewer Service for our future plumbing repair needs.

Definitely a horrible experience, started out with a simple kitchen sink blockage. Went through 5 of Ernie's guys(they dont seem to stick around long) over many months, new guy each time blamed the previous guy for not fixing the problem properly and proceeded to redo all the work, a different way each time. When the fifth guy said the same(the guy before should have put in a cleanout - yes replumbed the main line with no cleanout) I showed him the door. Got the feeling each of them was out to make the job as big (and costly) as possible. Talked to the most obnoxius supervisor and them understood why they do what they do. Called in a professional plumbler and the job was done properly first time.

I used Ernie's Plumbing for years and used to refer them to my clients. I am not sure what has changed but the office admin and the receptionist have no customer service skills. I asked to be put in contact with the owner Robert and they refuse to give me any contact information for him. As a business owner myself I can't imagine that an owner would have a policy to not give out his phone number or even his email address. My client has paid $2850 in repairs and inspections since July to this company and now we wish to proceed with more repairs in which the total may possibly be in the tens of thousands. Ernie's will not speak with me and will not have their 2 techs return any of my calls. They said they need authorization from my client to speak with me and when I offered to 3 way her into our call so they could get that authorization they declined. Maybe they have too much business or maybe they don't know how to properly make the repair?

We had an emergency plumbing situation in our ONLY bathroom at 6:30pm Monday. Knowing Ernie's is local to us, we called and someone was dispatched and to our house within an hour. We were fully informed by the woman who answered our call of the hourly rate and minimum for emergency service. The guy who came worked diligently and was done within an hour! Phew.

No sure sign of the blockage but hoping his hard worked push whatever it was through the pipes. Plumbers are never cheap, and this wasn't either but we would call them again if needed!

We have used Ernie's numerous times at the apartment I manage. Today Ernie's definitely made the top of my list. All because of a certain employee, Manny Deas. We had a pretty major water leak. Manny handled the situation better than I have ever seen. (I have used a lot of plumbers) He had to wait for me to get approval to start the work. He was so patient, once approved he got right in there and got the job done with not one problem or issue. Super nice, polite, hard working young man. Towards the end of the mission, he had some help by Tacoma, whom was just as nice and thorough. They knew exactly what the problem was, got in there and got the job done perfectly. When they left, the area was cleaner then when they got there. (and of course was a dirty, job.) What more could you ask for. Highly recommend Manny Deas and Ernies Plumbing. We actually got the name of Ernie's plumbing from another plumber who came by to give an estimate but had to charge us by the job for a job that was WAY simpler than his quote suggested. $300 to replace a garage sink is not acceptable to me so I called Ernie's on his suggestion because they charge by the hour ($200).

Tacoma came out and had the sink in after half an hour of work and proceeded to provide great advice on a couple plumbing tasks around my house. He was fantastic.

I won't hesitate to call them again
