John came out with his partner on Xmas to fix a leak from a broken pipe. They fixed the pipe in a orderly fashion . A week later John came out to replace a new water heater in a timely fashion.Great job. John was very friendly explained everything that needed to be fixed in . John is truly a professional. I am so impressed with these folks! Our hot water heater went out and personally I hate cold showers!! Called Ernie's and talked to Rosie. She was professional and was able to squeeze us in to replace our old water heater. John came out and was prompt and did a great job. Thank you Rosie and John...I can now get out of my pajamas and take a hot shower! I also love to use family run businesses because they care about their customers.

HIGHLY recommend Ernie's Plumbing. This is now my 2nd time using them and I would use them time and time again. Our toilet and bathtub backed up and I submitted a request online very late Saturday evening and to my surprise I woke up in the AM with a response from Rosie letting me know that she could have the Plumbers at my house by 7am on Monday morning, unless I wanted to pay the emergency call fee of $350. I opted to just wait until Monday and Miguel was here as scheduled. He was able to get the backup resolved and was so friendly, professional, and just overall awesome. Thank you for fixing everything in a timely manner, cleaning up on your way out, and wearing a mask to protect us both.

Love Ernie's Plumbing! No matter who comes out, they are professional, friendly and know their stuff! They will take the time to explain the problem and the fix. I called to set up an appointment and they were out here the very next day and picked up the ball that my home warranty company dropped and couldn't/ wouldn't resolve (which he'd explained was a common issue and fairly easy to fix). Tech was here for maybe 45 minutes and problem solved, with a smile and professional & friendly attitude.
Especially love that they are Gilroy local and it feels like you're getting that small town attention. Thanks, Ernie's! You're our guys!
