After a no show from Roto-Rooter in Franklin, NC saw Ernie's ad in my yellow pages. Said no job too small. Called and got an answering machine and left a message. Got a call that evening and was told they would come the next day. They were a little late but this is the mountains and not much happens on time. They immediately fixed our problem, a stripped drain lock nut. Price was better than we expected. More than pleased as they are willing to help homeowners with small problems that need professional help nonetheless.
