I've had Ernie's out several times and never feel cheated or taken advantage of, and always feel like I'm paying a fair price. They fixed my shower and did a couple things I didn't even ask just because they needed to be done. I have an older style shower handle so he took pictures and said he would keep an eye out for parts in case I ever need a repair in the future. That's great service!

Had a clog in both my showers, I called got a price. I got an appointment the same day. He came out saw what the issues was and told me upfront about pricing if running the snake in one bathroom didn't work. I liked that he was upfront from the start. Ernie is absolutely terrific. I've needed different plumbing services over the last few years and I've used Ernie each time. He explains everything and listens to your needs and preferences. He is reasonable when it comes to costs, but most importantly he does great work! In addition, you can tell he really cares about his customers. Recently, I called him out for a toilet problem and asked him about an unrelated water damage problem in a different room. He recommended another trustworthy and caring water mitigation/restoration guy that did great work as well. I highly recommend Ernie and want to thank him for the exceptional customer service.

At noon time today, I had my kitchen sink leaking and backing up whenever I ran my washer or master bathroom sink. My boyfriend took a look at it and he thought that the pipes are clogged. Ernie and his nephew came to the rescue and provided extra maintenance information regarding clogs and our pipes for future reference. I appreciate his professionalism, craftsmanship and care that he provided us. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Ernie's Discount Router service came to my rescue this week. Took care of my problems. Worked with City of Upland sewer department concerning the parkway tree root problems. Ernie even had the foresight to ask about another old problem that I hadn't even been thinking about. He took care of that for me too.
Prompt, excellent work, certainly left my house better than they found it.
This is my second time using Ernie's. I wouldn't use anybody else.
