We have used this business several times over the years and they always do fantastic work at a very fair price.
We had them out today 05/11/22 for a plugged sink drain and leak under our cabinets and it was Anthony this time. The entire Ernie family is incredible. This leak turned out to be more major than expected. We were so impressed by Anthony's knowledge and attitude as he told us what needed to be done and thst he would stay until he fixed it. He had to cut into the outside wall to find the major leak, add 2 cleanouts, and replace the leaking pipe. He also left a minimum size hole. Incredible work and it took him 6 hours. He truly stayed until everything was completed to our satisfaction and he cleaned everything up as well.

If I could double the star rating, that still wouldn't be enough to describe the consistently fair pricing, knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and, most of all, great service and workmanship this company provides. They keep my house in great running order and will do the same for you when you hire them.....What???...Not going to hire them??? BIG MISTAKE!!!

A maintenance plan was discussed for the properties I have serviced. I think in the long run, it is a great idea and will save me money in the end. Thanks Ernie Jr. for suggesting it plus all of laughs during the repair work. That makes it even better!

Ernie came to my mom's house in Pomona and fixed a drain problem we had with two separate pipes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend his service

I've had Ernie's out several times and never feel cheated or taken advantage of, and always feel like I'm paying a fair price. They fixed my shower and did a couple things I didn't even ask just because they needed to be done. I have an older style shower handle so he took pictures and said he would keep an eye out for parts in case I ever need a repair in the future. That's great service!

Had a clog in both my showers, I called got a price. I got an appointment the same day. He came out saw what the issues was and told me upfront about pricing if running the snake in one bathroom didn't work. I liked that he was upfront from the start. He got the job done and was very honest and very informative. He is now our go to plumber and would recommend him.

Ernie is absolutely terrific. I've needed different plumbing services over the last few years and I've used Ernie each time. He explains everything and listens to your needs and preferences. He is reasonable when it comes to costs, but most importantly he does great work! In addition, you can tell he really cares about his customers. Recently, I called him out for a toilet problem and asked him about an unrelated water damage problem in a different room. He recommended another trustworthy and caring water mitigation/restoration guy that did great work as well. I highly recommend Ernie and want to thank him for the exceptional customer service.
