Ernie and Sons is terrific!!! We had a complex problem because it involved an 11-year-old tankless water heater that needed adjustment due to installation error. Moreover, it required locating manufacturer parts when there are supply chain issues, as well as remediating installation to current standards. Ernie and Sons immediately understood that tracking down parts would not be easy, and offered recommendation to another plumbing company with a ""tankless expert"" who would know sources to locate the manufacturer parts, meet manufacturer specifications, and service the water heater by current standards. We were so relieved to be able to solve the problem, thanks to great customer service from Ernie and Sons. Thank you, again!!!

Ken is an expert in what he does. Kind, on time and goes above and beyond on the job. He is very honest and will tell you if you have a big problem or if there is a simple fix you can do without even having him come out! Who does that anymore? Great company and I highly recommend them.

This review is late coming, but after reading the negative attacks I must reply. This is an HONEST Review and Customer. We hired them to replum our manufactured home. Completely replaceing All plumbing inside and out. We could not have had better service and work done they were perfection. The best $4,000 we have ever spent. We are seniors that are blessed to have found an HONEST company.

I just had Ernie & Sons replace some 3""roof drains in my attic that cracked after 38 years. I know that there are a lot of Cheaper Plumbers but I want Prompt, Clean & Professional Service that you get from Ernie & Sons!

I called for water heater replace and he gave me a fair quote, so I hired him. He showed up on time and went above and beyond. He nearly rebuilt the water heater closet inside making sure everything was proper and to code. He was very professional and friendly. Absolutely would use him again.

I really should have looked up reviews before calling, but I guess that's my fault. the customer service is pretty bad and they are very rude and short with answers, I'm guessing after seeing me they didn't want the job which is fine because maybe they would have broken something on purpose
