I just want to say, that when ever we have needed a plumber right away, Ernie Doak Plumbing is absolutely prompt on returning your call, and they make a huge effort to see you as soon as possible, and their workers are the nicest people ever. Brandon has been to our home a number of times and is always so pleasant, and efficient. Kudos to this organization!

This review is for customer service only. We're still in the process of deciding what we're going to do but I wanted to get quotes for how much it would cost to have a gas range installed. I filled out a form requesting a quote yesterday, I was immediately emailed back saying I could call the next morning to speak to Ernie. When I called Ernie he explained the whole process to me and gave me a ballpark estimate. I appreciate he took the time to talk to me and how polite and professional he was. If we go through with the project I would feel confident in hiring him.
