Our hot water heater had a massive leak, and after 2 days of back-and-forth with our landlord we still had no word on when anyone could even come look at it.
Out of nowhere I get a call from Ernie, saying ""I'm on my way!"" He was able to come see us literally last minute, and after a 5 minute evaluation we set up a job for the following morning. He got the job done super quickly, but done very well.
Mr. Ernie is an unbelievably nice guy, very personable. I felt immediate trust in him from the first time we spoke. An honest, dependable, hard-working guy and I'd highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs.

Seemed Ernest enough. Worked a long time but didn't find the problem. Didn't put the toilet back properly - needed a second trip by another courteous helper who rechecked the toilet at my request and concurred with Ernie. He didn't find anything either. He put the toilet back on so it wouldn't wiggle anymore. But the toilet still could not be used. So alot of money for no resolution.
