I'd like to call out Jason Gonzalez for excellent service! We have an older condo with even older plumbing and have had to call for emergency services a couple of times. He is knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and just a joy to work with. I think Erkies is a bit spends,, but you get what you pay for.

if I could rate this place a negative number I would. This is the most appalling company I have ever had to deal with. They do not return phone calls, do not know the concept of giving updates. All they know is how to take your money, and then not deliver what they have promised, which equals being a thief! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dreadful company, save yourself the time and money. We just had another air conditioning company come out, complete the work these people charged us thousands of dollars for a part that was not delivered and the work was completed for a tenth of the price. And our air conditioning is working great now. Dishonest! Thieves! Bad work ethic!

Dane and his team at Erkie's have been taking care of my Palm Spring's home electrical needs for the past 6 years. I have an older home that I purchased with a lot of electrical issues and upgrades needed over the years. They have repaired numerous and various outlets, wiring issues, and installed new lighting and fans throughout. The past couple of years Dana and James have been the guys who service my house and they are so great to work with: knowledgeable, super friendly, conscientious, and always on time. I appreciate how they always check on everything while they are there and educate me on electrical do's and don'ts. Dana installed a brand new 200amp panel for me a couple years ago and it was so worth it! Now I'm having them take care of items for a new kitchen remodel and they continually impress me. Thank you Dana, James, and Dane--you da best!

Victor was awesome and thorough about repair of two undersink shut off valves and faucet hoses that were leaking
Plus did complimentary inspection of the rest of house with other plumbing issues to keep on eye on for future work

When I called I was told the service call was like $189. Whoa!
Internet says $25, dispatcher says ok 25, and like 150
To install new drain ring on the kitchen sink. I say ok.
See ya tomorrow between 10am and 2pm. 3:30... still no show I call and dispatcher says tech will text you when he's on his way.
430 he calls says be there in 45 min arrives at 5:30
Says that will be 263 bucks plus the service charge!
No way! I'll find another plumber!
Watch out for the old bait and switch!!

Twice this company has come out to make repairs to my HVAC systems. Each time a technician comes out and does something to our system which messes it up and have to come back for a more costly repair. The Technician in their second visits always is a more experienced tech. They will not even call you back to discuss or make a price adjustment. Be careful - be aware is all I am saying. At this point I do not recommend them. Perhaps you may like their services- I don't. If you are on a fixed income like me I suggest you look into different companies.
