Fantastic, all the way around!!! I called mid afternoon when my thermostat power went out (aka NO HEAT overnight) and, not only was Dana out the following morning before 10am, he assessed and diagnosed like a pro! He was courteous, thorough, explained everything patiently and left our home in amazing shape, electrically!!!

I have had repairs and improvements made to my home by Erkies electrical specialists. They are professional, thorough, conscientious, friendly, and offer good economical suggestions. I am grateful. They deserve recognition and reward for their fine efforts.

Erkies charges a dispatch fee that doesn't apply to the service fee, though they discounted it for the first time using them but that was $70 vs their normal $99. On top of that fee, they charge this TFS Surcharge (A fuel surcharge is a mechanism in the service industry that helps balance the fluctuations in the cost of fuel and copper) which is $19.95 as well as their minimum 1-hour labor charge of $99. I paid it because frankly the electrician they sent out was very nice and did a great job. BUT, my usual electrician HEGGE ELECTRIC does not charge those two charges and had I not been so impatient and waited two days I would have save myself $100.

This my third time using Erkies electrical. I've always been impressed with their how professional the team is, they arrived on time and quickly start the job, as well as finishing the project in a timely manner. Erkies will continue to be my go to for all my electrical needs.

Service man gave me a quote for repairs. I paid with my credit
card and when I checked my charges, I found the he charged
me about $250 more than the quote. I talked to the manager
and he told me that it was my fault that I did not ask to see
the final charge when I gave him the credit card. He refused
to credit me for the extra charge. I will never use them again.
This is a predatory company in my opinion. Consumer beware.

We recommend Erkies! Dana was a problem solver committed to getting our fire pit table converted from propane to natural gas. The mfr instructions were not entirely clear so he searched out resources to get the job done where others would have simply left and decline the job. We are now ready to fire up the table!

My air conditioner went out. It was extremely hot. They did send somebody out later in the day and when he got there, he changed a thing as a condenser something like that and the price is it out of control and then he went on to explain all this stuff and what he had to do and I asked him for a senior discount he said yeah he would give me 10% off start out with $500. Then it went up down to four something and then he said he would have to look at the coil and see if there was a leak and hook this machine up and check everything out and to place the coil and all this other stuff it would run around $5000 so I asked him if he worked by there and he said no I worked by the job so I said so you're trying to fuck over me so the owner talk to me anything but I will give you a deal in because you're crying and everything so I said just fill it with some Freon and he filled it with Freon. No he said he would put some Freon in but obviously he filled it by mistake because it probably wasn't that low and then he packed up his tools and he said he would see me tomorrow or he would call me and see if we could take care of the matter. He never showed up or nor did he ever call so if you're going to have everybody worked on anything make sure they don't get paid by the job because they'll screw you then I called another service guy out very nice very polite. Looked it up to see if I had a lot of Freon. He said it's too hot to work on it now. Just call me if you think it's not working properly and will take care of it, very very nice guy and it's still running since July and this is September would never go back to the original guy ever never!

Once again, Erkies pull through Dane is amazing after the hurricane or tropical storm Hillary yuck I had no power, and my air conditioner went off. I was able to talk to Dane during the course of my 48 hours in power outage mode and he instructed me on what to do and what the problems were and he was absolutely spot on once SCE came and diagnosed the problem It was an Sce problem with a leg of power not being delivered to my panel box. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and the service is provided for free. I can't recommend this company enough people are just love me and I have been a customer of his now for at least four years and I'm so pleased with the service I get in so grateful. Sce is now running a temporary cable from their transponder to my breaker box to fully restore my power . Go Dane :)
