I have had issues with loss of air flow and very loud noise when heater and AC go on.Like a 747 taking off! Efren ar Erikie's solved everything effectively and efficiently. The only issue that prevents me from giving an unresounding 5 rating is I asked for the air filters to be changed at time of appointment. Efren did not have them available in his truck and had to return the next day to replace. With that said, I will ask for him next time when it is time for my AC tune-up. Great company and a hands on, committed owner Dane Feldman, always a great support

Update to my review about the system not working in Cold weather. We had another company out to check out the problem. What they found was an issue due to faulty installation by Erkies.

One of the wires that should have been screwed down was NOT! This kept sparking and causing the system to shut down when the compressor started to overheat.

There was no screw in place, the wire was just laying loose. A definite fire hazard. We were also told that many other wires were very loose.

Thankfully the trustworthy company we had out repaired it all.

All I can add is buyer BEWARE!!!

We had a power outage and some outlets weren't functioning in the house. The representative on the phone was kind enough to walk me through troubleshooting steps with the breaker and GFCI outlets and resolved the issue, free of charge. Thank you so much Ernie's Electrical!

I'd like to call out Jason Gonzalez for excellent service! We have an older condo with even older plumbing and have had to call for emergency services a couple of times. He is knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and just a joy to work with. I think Erkies is a bit spends,, but you get what you pay for.
