Excellent and trustworthy plumber. I was suddenly having some problems with an outdoor faucet and a slow drain. From the initial call to the repair, everything was professional and smooth. They're busy, so you may have to wait a few days for non-urgent repairs. But it's really worth the wait!
These guys were responsible, respectful and friendly. They were good on the rates and followed through. I will definitely use them again.
Mike B.We had a clogged drain and ENP was able to come out the same day and fix for a reasonable price for a thorough and friendly job. We'll be calling them next time we need a plumber.
Erik did some work on our kitchen remodel. He was pleasant to deal with, and most of his work proved solid. We did have one issue with a water filter hookup, but he returned to fix the problem satisfactorily.
Rocky D.Erik elevates the vocation of plumbing to a fine art. And he does it at a reasonable price. I have one of those lovely Minneapolis bungalows that I'm sure he sees plenty of. The first time I enlisted Erik, my main drain stack had finally started to corrode through after about 90 years of faithful service. He was sensitive to the issue of budget and made sure to offer me a solution that could limp me along for a few years, but also made it clear that for a few extra greenbacks, I could get the Cadillac of drains. As I am wont to do, I opted for the latter. A year or so later, I called Erik back to fix up the supply side of my plumbing situation. He extricated a rat's nest of copper and steel that represented 90 years of amateur and professional patch jobs and replaced it with beautiful, clean runs of PEX. My house will likely never need a single bit of plumbing work ever again.
I recommend Erik to anybody that needs plumbing work.
I was awakened at 4:00 a.m. on January 7 by a nightmarish sound of gushing water that I soon discovered was the result of a burst frozen pipe under a second-floor bathroom floor. My adult daughter has used Erik's service a number of times and recommended I contact him. He sent Justin out & Justin turned what began as a bad day into one with a happy ending. He was professional and explained everything as he found and repaired the burst pipe. A couple years ago I used one of the plumbing companies that advertise a lot and use flat rate pricing. They did a good job fixing a leak in the basement but I felt the price they charged me, for what took less than an hour, was way too high -- and they tried to sell me an expensive service contract, etc. Erik Nelson Plumbing's work, which took two and a half hours, was fairly and reasonably priced -- and, to my surprise, less than the big name plumbing company charged for a much simpler job. From now on, he's my plumber.
Michael N.I can't help but be cliche; honest, friendly service. These guys are the solution for anyone worried about getting overcharged or lied to. Adam and Justin came right on time for our appointment, quickly assessed our problem and solved it even faster. They were both very pleasant, professional and even dog friendly. They also utilize smart phone apps for payment so it's quick and easy. Beyond that, I'm happy to hire a small, local company and I hope they continue to grow. I'd recommend Erik Nelson Plumbing to anyone.
Kev F.Erik did a great job replacing my 1922 awful leaky laundry sink !
Came within his quote that he gave me online...friendly and quick. Glad to have a plumber like this in the Metro Area!
J B.Very happy i found this independent, small plumbing business. Erik is a local guy who is responsive, helpful, and willing to let me watch and learn from his expertise when he's on-site. I'm terrible at plumbing and have hired him twice to work in our basement and each time he was happy to walk me through the problem and give me advice for any future problems. His pricing is reasonable and his work is high quality and he is personable. Very happy to recommend him.
I have tried to request service twice from this company because of the great reviews on Yelp. The first time, they didn't get back to me for several days after I left a voice message. The second time, I was inquiring about a leaky tub and they assumed I would want the work done right away, so suggested I ""look elsewhere"". In fact, I was fine with waiting, but wont be waiting around for poor customer service.
