Paid Erickson Septic Service $1700 to put in a new lift station pump a little over a year ago. After the tech left, I plugged in my old pump to troubleshoot it. Turned out my pump wasn't even bad! It worked just fine! The only problem was the electrical connection in the sump hole. Fast forward to today. Circuit breaker tripped and wouldn't reset. I removed the lid and pumped the water out to find the plug was water logged and shorted out. The problem is, since it is below ground, they were supposed to put it in a waterproof box! I called Erickson to give them the chance to correct the inferior plug installation and they told me they didn't want the chance and pretty much tough luck. So, I paid $1700 for a pump I didn't need and a bad plug installation that failed. Way to go Erickson! I guess I will fix your mistake now.

Had many many septic companies come look at my system which would overflow during a storm or heavy rains. They were the ONLY company willing to do the extra work to get to the bottom of the issue!! Highly recommend!!!

Look no further than this company! Our septic system was improperly installed when we built our home and within a few years had completely failed. Rick from Ericson came to our rescue. Over the years he has slowly corrected all of our problems. He is very good at finding the source of the problem and fixing it for the least amount of money possible. Called on a Saturday with an overfull underground septic tank and a clog in the line it turns out. They were at my home within an hour of calling and even though he had locate and dig, had the whole ordeal complete in under 2 hours. Very courteous and professional and gave us tips for maintaining the tank as well. And quite a decent price! I had expected this would have to happen on a weekday so this was a huge relief! If we need septic service again I will definitely be calling. Thank you!
