Warning! Make sure you get a bid before they start any job!! We were blown away by the price for a bathroom sink drain cleaning $270.00 plus a $79.00 for service fee . He was done in 30 minutes. The tech Mark, was very considerate and professional. I will not use this company ever again.

How did not know about these guys before now? I don't know but I'm thankful that my pool company contacted Blake at Eric's Plumbing to install a backflow preventer required by the local water company. Not only did Blake come out the same day - at the time he told me he would be here - he did an excellent job for an absolutely fair price. Super nice guy - very professional - knew exactly what he was doing - and did it in a very timely manner. I am totally pleased with Eric's Plumbing and will certainly call them for future jobs. Highly recommend!

Super impressed with the support and service from Eric's plumbing helping us with a collapsed pipe at our lake buchanan home. They were able to come fairly quickly and camera'd the line to find the problem. We were able to apply the cost of the camera'ing towards the expensive work of the plumbing line repair. Two sections of copper pipe has to be dug up and replaced. Everything was wonderfully handled. However, we were even more impressed with their customer service afterwards when they helped us provide various information to our home warranty company when we submitted our claim. They helped us get the necessary information in revised invoices and also spoke directly to the warranty company. A huge shout out to Amy for her help with that! If we having plumbing issues in the future, this is who we will call.

Nothing like waking up to water leaking from the floor seals of all your toilets on the (Saturday) morning before hosting a party for a bunch of people...

Luckily, Eric's got right back to us, and were able to get to us sooner than they had originally quoted, due to finishing up a job early.

I got maybe 4 questions about what was going on and the two guys said "we got it from here." 30 minutes later, the issue was resolved, and they were able to show me to the root cause of the problem: roots had penetrated the drain line from our house and had begun to clog everything up.

The party is back on track for now, and I've already re-hired these guys to find/replace the section(s) of pipe compromised by roots. Plumbing work is never cheap, but these guys saved our bacon and had what I felt was a very reasonable fee given how quickly they were able to go from diagnosis to solution. And first thing on a Saturday morning.

I had a water leak in a wall that was almost in the slab. I called several plumbers most of which did not return my call. It was a Saturday morning and I realize it was a weekend and would have a hard time finding a plumber. I called Spicewood plumbers but they could not do leaks in the slab. Eric's plumbing did return my call and did come out very quickly. The workmen were very neat professional and pleasing to work with. There were 2 young men that worked for 3 to maybe 3 1/2 hrs. Their workmanship was very good. I was very happy at this point. Then they gave me the price: $1800 which I felt was a bit exorbitant. I was happy at the time because I was between a rock and a hard place with water seeping everywhere. These guys deserve a 5 star rating but I only gave them a 3 because after the fact I felt that they took advantage of me because of my situation. I will not call them again because of this.
