I am an International Code Council and Florida Statute 468 licensed inspector, plans inspector, and licensed plumbing contractor, also recognized by the Dade County Board Rules and Appeals as a certified plumbing expert, Chief Inspector, plans inspector, and inspector. With more than years in building, plumbing, and project oversight, I was appointed as the official representative for the local chapter of the ""Florida Plumbing Gas and Mechanical Inspectors Association."" I was also chosen to the ""Broward County Central Examining Board"" and designated by the ""Broward County Commission"" to serve as co-chair of the Board.
