I am an ICC and Florida Statute 468 licensed inspector, plans reviewer, and Certified Plumbing Contractor, also recognized by the Broward Board Rules and Appeals as a certified plumbing expert, Chief Inspector, plans inspector, and Inspector. With more than years in the construction industry, plumbing, and management, I was appointed as the recording agent for the Broward chapter of the ""Florida Plumbing Gas and Mechanical Inspectors Association."" I was also selected to the ""Broward County Central Examining Board"" and designated by the ""Broward County Commission"" to serve as co-leader of the Board.
