I'm not sure if this business is legit or not. The guy was incredibly unprofessional. We purchased some storage facilities that needed work, and he refused to answer the phone. I entertained a few text messages, but he wanted info, and didn't want to have a phone call or send his email address for details about the project. He kept asking if it was some random person and was sending winky faces ("";)"") like he's trying to catch an ex or something.
He then also mentioned something sarcastic about an investment company owning storage facilities, like that doesn't exist.
Long story short, it was a very strange conversation, and incredibly immature. I wouldn't recommend reaching out to this guy, and seeing the other reviews, it seems like they've had a bad experience with him as well.

Gave benefit of doubt. And read a few reviews that stated he took for ever to call or contact people back. He never did. I completely understand Covid and labor shortages and the times. But it's been over a month since reaching out. No contact. If that's a business's way of doing business I want nothing to do with it. Too bad as I have a lot of plumbing projects. Maybe their excellent but I don't know and won't.

And side note speaking of Yelp and dirty. This business has review stating he didn't respond. Amazingly it's gone. Only two reviews. Now that's dirty Yelp.

Update see owners response. I may not updated my location but I live in Springville CA and own there. If he actually read request he would read my location. But again proving my review's point. Unprofessional and unprofessional response. Note he didn't respond to request for work but did on a review within an hour. Go figure. And BS on Yelp this that accusations. No idea what he's talking about and don't care. He clearly doesn't care and is delusional. Sad pathetic. Wish I could give -5 star. Not worth another word or minute of my time.

And part of a business is responding to potential customers. But you clearly don't understand that.

Very unprofessional. Wouldn't come out to see the projects and wanted to bid it just from pics. I don't do biz with people I have never met to come into my home. I have my own company and know how to treat people with respect and good customer service . Then he wanted $125 just to come out and see the work . I said I don't do that and no one has ever asked me to . He could have made thousands of dollars if he was smart.
The after I told him I won't pay for the visit ... he blows up my phone with 20 repeat standard template he uses . Oh and then after every text he says god bless
So I told him please don't say that if you are going to treat people like this . Then he does it again. I told him he was a hypocrite and I blocked him after that.
