We only call Jim Erickson when we have a plumbing/ gas/ water issue. He is extremely competent, fair priced, and trustworthy, and just a great guy! Over the years, he has done simple jobs for us as well as complicated jobs. The result is always the same: he gets it done perfectly and his prices are more than fair.

I purchased a convection oven that wouldn't sit flush against the wall due to the placement of the gas pipe coming out of the wall. I thought we'd have to cut into the wall and move the pipe. I called Jim and, after playing phone tag, he came out and found the quickest way to make it work - without cutting into drywall or moving the pipe. My new range is now flush against the wall, without all that work being done. Jim found the quickest (and cheapest) way to solve the problem. What I thought would take an hour took Jim about 20 minutes.

Jim said we were paying for the hour, and because he was done early, he even asked if there was anything else around the house he could do for us. We asked if he could do babysitting, but he said he only did plumbing-related work :) so we had Jim fix a leaky faucet we also had.

Great service and conversation - in the future, if I ever have any need for a plumber (water or gas), I'll call Erickson Service Plumbing first.

This had to be the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with!!! EVER! He falsified my invoice !! Got in contact with him and asked if he can correct ! Had attitude when I brought it to his attention that the invoice was false over the phone. He then stated he would take care of it not to worry about it then turned around and called my rental company and lied once again telling them I treated him horribly when I was nothing near rude or disrespectful. This company really needs to get some investigation done with their billing department. Called again and no answer or call back. If they do end up having to service anything make sure you record video and audio because they are a dishonest company.

I have used Ericsson Plumbing no less than four times. On November 7 my renter contacted me and said they were having a problem in the bathroom so I asked her to contact Mr. Erickson directly so she can coordinate an appointment with her work schedule and to try to get the problem fixed quickly.
She text me today, basically three weeks later, and said she had not heard from him after calling several times.
I called him and he said he refused to call her back because he didn't know if the work was authorized or not and didn't know if he would get paid.
I told him he has worked for me in the past and has always been paid so if there was a problem, why didn't he call the renter back and tell them to call me instead of just blowing it off.
I've never cheated him out of a dime. In fact, I normally call before I receive the bill and try to pay over the phone.
He got angry because I was upset that he didn't handle this differently and suggested I find another plumber and hung up. So if you're going to talk to him, you better do it with kid gloves or he might get offended.

Jim Erickson is a man of incredible character and integrity, in addition, he is an excellent plumber who takes pride in his work. His prices are fair and he works the hour he charges you for. I am always pleased to have Jim at my home to help me with the plumbing issues. I highly recommend him..
