Terrible customer service, follow thru and work. Over priced as well. Rude and just plain not helpful as well as SLOW so they can charge you more! DO NOT USE THEM!

I agree with the two reviews above. Overinflated charges, rude, inconsiderate and condescending. I have a current plumbing issue and not sure who to call, will not call them again.

Very unhappy and dissatisfied with Erickson's handling of an error and omission claim. Erickson's did not meet state code and installed a sump pump too close to my well. Wisconsin DNR advised of the violation and requires a new well be drilled. We are still in discussions-- after nine (9) months--as to who will pay for this error since the existing well is in good working condition and water tests meet state requirements. Error was made by WI licensed plumbers at Erickson's who should be aware of state code. They had insurance for this when the job was done, but--to date--are not taking responsibility.

RUDE, inconsiderate, condescending, wonder what I think of these people! Went in with an plumbing problem and was treated like an idiot. The man that helped me, I assume was the owner, didn't even fill my order as requested, I purchase the remaining 2 items at ACE. I'll go back to an outhouse before I'd call this company!
