Someone from Erickson's Plumbing came out to the home immediately. Stated that repairs could be done, that business was slow, and would get in touch with us soon. Never heard from him again! After several attempts to leave messages with the receptionist, we contacted another plumber, who completed the work immediately. (If you do not want to do the work, say so, and do not waist my time.)

Erickson plumbing is the worst. If you want someone reliable that shows up when you make an appt then go elsewhere. Then when they do show up they are rude and don't do quality work. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Brian came out to quote my commercial project. 10 days goes by without a bid.....called him on a Thursday...he guaranteed me I'd have it on that Friday or late Sunday night.....nothing!! Finally, after 3 messages and 2.5 weeks I asked the office to ask him if he even wants the business and the response was ""He's on a big project in Moline currently and regretfully cannot do it now"". Office staff was good.......for Brian----Very, very disappointed!!

I was in a spot where my family had no water.for the weekend and had to stay in a hotel. I was able to get hold of various plummers in the area and they all wanted to charge and Emergency rate. Not Erickson, they called me back within 30 minutes and had someone out to help me within an hour. Great rate, great work, and even looked at a couple other issues that I have to address. I will be having them come back out.

I have no idea of their work but negative on reliability. I had a water leak and they told me on Tuesday, they would be there the following Monday. On Tuesday, one week after contacting them, they called and said they were too busy to do me. Why they didn't just say they were too busy initially, I don't know. Unethical!

Repaired existing outside faucet and installed new outside faucet. Dustin was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt. Price met my expectations, Would use Erickson again in the future.
