SCAM ARTISTS. LIARS. DO NOT USE!!! My mother is an elderly woman who does not know how to use Google that well. She called this company to check a WINDOW LEAK after it had been raining for 2 days straight (the window is not near a sink; no plumbing involved). She obviously did not realize they were PLUMBERS. They showed up and took her money anyway. They charged her $79.00 for the service call (which I'm not disputing, they drove out, wasted time, etc). But then, they charged her an extra $146.00 to write a """"report."""" See a picture of the """"report"""" attached. The """"report"""" is a line item that took 1 minute to write on an invoice. The guy came, stuck his head out the window, and said, """"there's no plumbing in the area."""" What an unethical, immoral, SAD way to make money. The customer service reps that answer the phone are the only nice people to deal with (Maria, Tiffany). The """"manager"""" (I put this in quotations because this person has NO BUSINESS being in a customer-facing roll or managing others), Fred, did not care, refused to give her a refund, and said that if his own mother would have been treated this way, it would NOT have been ok... but I guess, for MY mom, it's perfectly fine. He wouldn't stop talking over me to defend his position (that blatantly stealing $146 from an old woman is a good way to do business), so at some point, I just hung up. Now just waiting for them to post a useless review response to try and mitigate their UNETHICAL and IMMORAL behavior. Don't be fooled.

https://www.ericasplumbing.com/ 561-475-1187 On Friday, Jan. 5, 2024 a plumber from ERICA'S PLUMBING came to my home to replace a garbage disposal and clear a hair clog under my bathroom sink. I paid $705.25. I signed their ipad electronically but they never emailed me the receipt. On Thursday, January 11, 2024 I went under the bathroom sink vanity for the first time since then and discovered a flood under the bathroom sink. It is ruining the stuff under the sink and the vanity as well. Called Erica's Plumbing at 9:11 am on January 11 2024 to report the problem. At first they denied that the bathroom sink had been worked on. Then the customer service agent found a report of the hair clog. They said someone would call me right away. It is now 10:02 am and no one has called me back to schedule. I have called them repeatedly. They keep me on hold for 3 minutes each time and then send me voice mail. I left messages that I am reporting this to Nextdoor, Angi and Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs if they did not call me back by 10:00 am Jan. 11, 2024. I work full time and took off work on Friday, Jan 5. Now I will have to take off work again for them to fix the problem. They called me back at 10:19 and asked if I am available today 2-4. I told them I work full-time I reminded them that their website advertises 24/7/365 Get service today. Open 24/7 They refuse and I have to miss more work tomorrow. REQUESTED RESTITUTION: Come to my home today, Jan.11 after work hours. Full refund. Free repair of their mistake. Clean the mess under the sink. Replace damaged items under sink. Replace damaged vanity.

I have used Erica's Plumbing & Restoration for lots of jobs, including plumbing, restoration, and they are great. Fred is my technician, and he is always professional and communicates well. They have always followed through with everything they said they would do. Fair pricing for good services. I recommend this company.

We enlisted Erica's to complete a project and at every stage, we have experienced 2-3 week delays where no work occurred/no progress was made and nothing has been seamless. The communication has also been poor. Erica's has been involved in this project now for two months and no reconstruction has taken place (we still have a hole in our ceiling and our shower is torn apart). Initially, I was told this would be a 2 week project and we were never informed that they have delayed timelines for starting work. It is unfathomable, how this has turned into at least now a projected 3 month ordeal (a shower leak with first floor ceiling repair). We will not be proceeding with this company to complete this project as we have lost faith in their ability to perform the work timely and professionally. These delays have been beyond frustrating. We have had a similar project take place last year by another company and the timeline was 2 weeks from start to completion. We have previously used this company for smaller projects, but will not be doing so again in the future. This company MAY be able to competently perform very small projects but they don't have the capacity to handle larger projects. Rather than being transparent with customers, they will drag the process out for several months while they try to figure it out.

BUYER BEWARE: After flushing my hot water heater, the technician accidentally leaked acid on my tile flooring which stained and damaged it. When I contacted the company to discuss the issue, their service manager Fred was argumentative and advised that the company would not agree to repair the damage. I provided the company with estimates to repair the damage from 3 licensed and reputable tile flooring companies. More than a month has passed and the company is still refusing to repair the damage and restore my property to its pre-loss condition. Terrible customer service.

Very professional and great customer service. Came out to do a few things I needed done. A bit pricey for the work. If i had known it was just a few clogged drains I may have done it myself and saved a few hundred dollars. The plumber was great and friendly. If I have anything major I would definitely call them again.

Absolute ripoff! Just needed two valves changed out for the hot and cold shower handles. I had the valves just needed them replaced as they were leaking. A young kid showed up who prob had zero plumbing experience and wanted $500 yes you heard that correctly FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to do it!!! He wanted me to sign the paperwork before he even did the work. Red flag. I asked him to explain to me how he came up with that figure because it's ridiculous and he couldn't explain it it's just what """"the iPad calculated it out to."""" When my husband had time he actually did it himself in about an hour. Never ever will I call this company again! Beware!

I asked for an estimate for a single gas line to be run from outside the house to the kitchen, about 50-60 feet away. The tech that came out was very professional, very friendly and I had high hopes for a reasonable cost. The quote came in later that day for over $3000! I about had a heart attack. That was sucker price if I have ever seen one. Other reviews say they are a little expensive but this does not even come close to 'a little expensive'. I'm not opposed to paying a little extra for good work but this was ridiculous. I'll find another reputable company.
