Eric fixed my broken propane gas line yesterday. A consummate professional, he explained what the options were, went right to work with the understanding that I've been without heat and hot water for days while trying to get the leak fixed. The seal around my kitchen sink started leaking and I was in a panic. It had started to drop down in the rear and exposed a gap that would allow water to splash into the cabinet below. I've been a homeowner for more than 20 years now and have some bad experiences with contractors. Communications between myself and contractors, (painting, plumbing, roofing, and general maintenance stuff) is many times a struggle. I needed to find someone that I felt good about and I could trust. I have always done diligence and get quotes from at least 3 different sources, this occasion was no different.


Each of the three different plumbers explained that my kitchen sink was placed on the cabinet and then the counters installed around it on top of the sink. This would be a difficult and costly job. Aside from wanting to charge me lots and lots of money, they were not sure if they even wanted to try.


I asked my best friend for a recommendation for a plumber, preferable someone local.

My friend suggested i talk to Eric, of Eric Soult Plumbing Inc. After meeting Eric I was happier. Choosing a contractor for me is like, choosing a primary care doctor, i'm looking for someone with experience but is up to date with the right solutions for old problems. Contractors with experience have simple tried and true solutions for old problems but many don't know or don't want to deploy a combination of both old and new. Eric understood my issues and presented the correct solution which worked out to be less than 1/2 the cost of my other quotes. This included cutting the old sink out and surprisingly 1/2 the cost included even a new faucet that had all the cool new features i always wanted. I believe this is due to the fact that he concatenated the problem in it's entirety and charged me for actual cost and labor. He offered a reasonable price for my particular situation rather than take advantage of a bad pre-existing condition. Finally a 100 percent satisfied.

If you need help, call Eric Soult. I had a terrible leak, jammed drain line, and broken faucet. I called Eric in the evening and he was at my house next morning exactly when he said he'd be. He solved all the problems, worked quickly, and followed up on the purchase of a needed part. I can't recommend him highly enough.
