Eric was very responsive overhauling our AC and fixing issues with our thermostat. He also discovered some problems with our oil heater and water heater and fixed those as well. Also a very pleasant fellow.

Please read this entire review. You won't look any further than Eric Sabo Plumbing if you do! Just had a Heat Pump system installed in a townhouse we just bought. Started out with a competitor of Eric and had a horrible experience. Let's just say it was the old ""used car salesman"" approach to the Heating and Air business,
but when it is in the high 90's, humid and you are trying to unpack boxes, you get desperate. I was told I would have a new system in a couple of days. The old compressor got ripped out and I got the run around for days, if I even got a return phone call. Needless to say, I cancelled the check I wrote them and
started getting quotes from 2 other companies. The first company was installing an HVAC system for my next door neighbor, so he gave a quote for a Trane system, the ""basic system"" was $14,500. I about died. He also told me it would take 6 WEEKS to get it installed because it would take a while to get it from his supplier.
My next call was to Eric Sabo Plumbing. Eric was great. He recommended a Bosch Heat Pump System and it offered a significant rebate. This bid was on 7-6-21 for under $10,000 with a rebate of $1000 + and my new system was installed 7-12-21! Eric and his team are very professional, polite and ON TIME. They installed my system in
one day, hauled off all the old system and left my house and yard neat and clean. This Bosch System that Eric recommended is fantastic. It is so quiet, I can't even hear it running and it does a super job decreasing the humidity in the house. LOVE IT! Moral to this review-----Give Eric Sabo Plumbing a call, he answers his phone,

Eric provided excellent service for the repair of our central air system. He was able to schedule us next day. 2 other companies in the area told me they were not looking for new jobs right now even though we were already customers of one of them. He walked me through every part of the diagnosis and repair and gave some great routine maintenance advice. Price was what I expected from searching online for my issue. He does both HVAC and plumbing so he took some time and answered some questions I had about our plumbing issues. He texted me about an hour after he left to ensure that my system was working properly and told me that if I have continued problems, he will come out for free and address it. I will definitely be using him for future jobs and recommend him to anyone in the Lisbon area.
