I don't usually rate any companies, but i had to. I rate Eric Grubb and his staff, Matt and his colleagues 5 stars because they were prompt, professional, courteous and accommodating. We had issues with our Tankless water heating system as it was not releasing hot water. The guys came the next day and figure out the issue, they order the parts it needed. In a matter of few days they returned and install the parts. When the water system did not respond, they investigated and inspected all aspect of the house and got it to work. I recommend Eric Grubb and his staff for your Tankless Water System. These guys were professional and wonderful. Thank you Matt and the other guy.

My water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. I called at 7:30, got a call back within five minutes. Matt and another young man were there by 8:15. They were courteous and professional, and gave me a quote before starting. I had no hot water and a leak so I didn't have time to question the pricing but I asked around after and it was reasonable. They replaced the water heater by 11 and left the room clean and neat. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a plumber and would definitely call them in the future.

I have had Matt, Max, and Eric at my house and all have been professional and very transparent in the work needed to be done and best practices to prevent future service calls. Eric's team came after our old water heater sprang a leak. They were quick, courteous and thorough. The guys had to get creative to fit the new vent pipe into the chimney thimble with the furnace vent pipe.

We just had a new septic system installed and needed the old dual system drainpipes tied into the new one, as well as some other plumbing tasks. Eric responded quickly, assessed the situation and got all the work done in less than a morning! And that included some quick-on-his-feet customizing of a tricky old drain system that was falling apart in our old house.

His crew worked smoothly and efficiently to knock off each phase of the job and Eric even brought in extra help to get it all done right and fast.
