Eric responded quickly and cleared a toilet clog in my home. He also cleared a small air flow pipe in the kitchen sink for free. He didn't provide a written receipt or a business card, which was a little odd, but I also didn't think to request one. A quick response time in a plumber is key and he gets a lot of points for that. He was also on time, friendly, efficient, and competent. That merits 5 stars.

Got a clogged sink last night and found Eric's number. I called this morning and he came by within 2 hours. The drain apparently unclogged itself overnight and Eric helped to check that everything was fine. Since the drain was good I just got some free advice on drain maintenance.

Would definitely call again if I get any plumbing issues in the future.

Eric is our go-to plumber. He is a total pro. And his work looks good: he aligns the threads, makes it sharp. Eric's done various work at our house, from pipe replacement to plumbing a new downstairs bathroom for us, with exposed copper piping. It's so nice. What can I say? He's the best.

Found Eric thru Nextdoor and then Yelped. He explained why the problem and fix options. Took a look at pipes since older Sunset home. Toilet now working as it should. A good flush makes the day! Quoted price for fix initially, but ultimately fixed it for half. So, so happy to have found him. Mahalo, Eric.

Eric could have easily charged me and come out to take a look, but instead he gave me some ideas to try out first when I talked to him on the phone. The idea worked and he saved me money and time. So while I did not use his services, I am giving him 5 stars for helping me out over the phone and being honest and not taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about plumbing.

Eric was responsive as I was able to get an appointment the same day. He repaired a leak under the sink, replaced old parts as needed and also found the time to install a faucet that had been sitting in my basement for the past 8 month all within the allotted time and estimate for a reasonable price.
