Eric Brand is professional who does what is necessary ONLY. Came to my home because my tub was stopped up. Turned out there was a problem with the stopper - not a clogged pipe. I wouldn't have known the difference. He could have made a big deal out of it - snaking, etc. Told me the truth and advised on how to proceed. He even told me what things I could do myself. I had Eric do some additional work. Everything he did was professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely use Eric in the future.

Our hot water heater started leaking and was due for a replacement. We called Home Depot and got connected with one of their contractors. I think it's sort of random who you get but we were quoted a price of over $2000 so we decided to check Yelp and found Eric. A call and a day later and Eric was at the house replacing our old hot water heater with a new one. Service was fast, professional, and friendly and the price was a lot cheaper! We will definitely use Eric again in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

I called Eric to get information about replacing a toilet and he scheduled a time the following day to come and help counsel me on what I needed to buy. In the meantime, I decided to just replace the wax seal instead of replacing the whole toilet. I called him prior to the time he was scheduled to come and he gave me an updated price for the repair, He arrived early, completed the job quickly, explained what he found and checked several times to make sure it was fixed. It was a very efficient and pleasant experience.

Eric Brand Plumbing is AWESOME!!! Eric has been to my house quite a few times in the last couple months to work on resolving some of our plumbing issues that stem from living in an old Sunset house with backwards ass installation. He is the first plumber I have ever hired and will be the last plumber I ever hire.

The first time I called Eric I didn't really know what to expect from a plumber but was quickly informed working with him. He explains everything he needs to do and why. He gives you his costs upfront. He will make time in his schedule to come see you and fix your problems. He always answers his phone and gives you a general idea of the problem. This guy is my favorite! He has fixed so many of our plumbing issues and helped us start a plan to fix the next major one that needs to be dealt with.

If I was you, I would call Eric. He is trustworthy, professional, informative and a plumbing god!

I must say that Eric is professional and knows exactly what he is doing and needs to do.
He was promptly on-time (15 minutes earlier than promised) and very courteous. I had a kitchen sink issue and I tried all night yesterday to fix it with a plunger and drano, and the next morning it was still clogged. When I explained the problem to Eric over the phone, I was convinced with his explanation on what needed to be done and how. He worked on the issue delicately and made sure that the area would be clean and not messy during his job and after. I was impressed. The problem took about 30-40 minutes to fix and he even had the parts with him that needed to be replaced. I thought the price was reasonable for the emergency I had and the availability he was able to show up about 1.5 after I called. He guaranteed his work for 30 days and he was very thorough. Not only did he replace the part, unclog the sink, he made sure that the rest of the pipe was not clogged. He also checked if the external pipe running down the house would not be damaged and made suggestions to observe condition of the pipes because of rust or age and how to get more water pressure to my sink faucet. He is not your ordinary plumber, he had a clean van, he did the work in an organized and clean fashion and he left with clean hands and clothes. If I have any issues in the future in regards to plumbing I would use Eric again, and I will definitely refer others.

Eric Brand is that rare find, a total professional and total pleasure to deal with! Eric thinks things through before starting which helped to avoid potential problems. He is able to provide help and offers advice on issuess without trying to increase costs to the customer. He is so easy to communicate with which not only gets the project done but also helps you understand what is being done and why. I highly recommend Eric and would only add, ""Do Not consider anyone else for your plumbing projects""!!

Needed some work done right away. Erick came in and gave an honest assessment of the job. He took care of us and was very reasonably priced. We would use his services again for sure.

Echoing all the other reviews here...Eric is professional, prompt, reasonable, informative and polite. I got three estimates in total and his came in the most reasonable and didn't include what I thought was needless stuff added on top, which happened with the other two.

We also asked him very last minute to move the flue which required another almost 2 hours of work and additional parts. Eric is so busy but he fit us in first thing the next morning to get that done. Can't say enough positive things about him, will definitely use him again if we are in need of a plumber.

My main sewer line is busted so I called up several plumbers to assess the situation. The first company trap plunged the drain for a minute and then snaked it for 10 more minutes. He could not unclog it, and charged me $175 ($10 discount since he couldn't clear it) :-(

Next up was Eric. He came over on time to assess the situation. He thoroughly explained and provided several options, and offered to try to clear it. He worked hard for over 25 minutes, got poop on his hands/pants, but was unable to clear the clog due to severity of the issue. Since he couldn't unclog it, and since I was somewhat fleeced by the prior plumber, he did not charge me. He also recommended that I call the City to have them hydroblast the line, which I was unaware the City performs for free.

My sewer line is still busted :-(, and I am deciding on what route to pursue since its a hefty chunk of change. The point of my review is that you owe it to yourself to give Eric Brand a call before you consider some of the other plumbers and plumbing companies that you might find on Yelp!
