Eric does a great job at a very fair price, and I finally find the time to give him credit... A couple of months ago, I had a major leak in my kitchen sink and found Eric from recommendations on the FaceBook Sunset District Group and then here on Yelp. He was able to come right away and fixed the sink. I also had a couple of things that weren't working great and he provided me with great advice for them. He litterally saved the day at a very reasonable price. I will absolutely call him first if I have any future plumbing issues.

I had a leaky bathtub faucet and found Eric from recommendations on the NextDoor app and here on Yelp. The stellar reviews are spot on. I called and he was able to come the same day and arrived promptly as scheduled. He assessed my issue and was quick to resolve. I happened to also have a leaky bathroom sink faucet and he said he could fix that as well and did so without an extra charge. His rate for the repair was reasonable to me and on top of all that he was a great guy and nice to chat with while he worked. He is definitely my go to Plumber going forward, and I'd highly recommend him 100% to anyone needing an honest, punctual and competent Plumber.

Eric has come to rescue my property twice now. He has a wealth of knowledge and charges reasonably. We encountered an unusual issue with my water heater, he spent a night or two to research the best way fix the problem; why can't lawyers do that!?

Eric saved the day! He truly did!! My shower was backing up/slow drain and there was gross standing water in it by the morning. It's a Sunday, so plumbers are limited. I found Eric on Yelp and he had great reviews and it looked like he was available on Sundays. I called Eric to ask for an estimate on pricing to snake the drain and if he could come out today. He quoted me a very competitive reasonable price for the job.

Short rant: I don't understand why other plumbing companies I had called before Eric couldn't give an estimate, but said they had to have someone come and see the job first....it's just an estimate and I just want to know that if they have a standard snake job, that it's not going to be $300. I understand that if more work is entailed that the amount will be more...but I digress.

Eric also reworked his schedule a bit so that he could make the trip over to my side of town and he ended up coming within a half an hour of me calling him. The shower started backing up even more when Eric arrived and the lip on the shower is not that deep, so I was panicked about possible overflow.

But, Eric snaked down about 20 feet and was able to clear the debris. There was renovation work in the building this week and this seemed to be a communal plumbing issue caused the debris from the construction work. I can't imagine if that gross water had overflowed onto the nearby hardwood.

I will definitely call Eric in the future for any of my plumbing needs. He was awesome!!!

based on the reviews, i had to give him a try. he repair a leak to my main shutoff valve, the laundry faucet and shower faucet. he did a great job and the price was reasonable. i still have my arm and leg....

if i encounter any future plumbing issues, he will be the first i call.

He was in the neighborhood, he came over immediately in between jobs, did a perfect job unclogging my shower drain, and showing me what he did, what the bigger issue was, his quote was great, pro/great service/quality- 5 star! I will give estimate for bigger project to landlord for sure.

I got bids at other places to fix a leaky gas line and water line. Prices ranged from $900 to $2,000 and they refused to accept the solutions were simple. Then I went to Eric. He responded quickly, got me exactly what I needed and charged a very reasonably price. Would definitely recommend Eric!
