Eric was absolutely transparent with costs and pricing. He was honest, timely, efficient and professional. Eric was kind enough to service our heatpump today, Saturday afternoon.
His estimate was clear and made us aware that he only charges 35% more for parts. We've since learned that most HVAC companies charge 2 or 3 x's the cost of the part, plus labor. Eric's total price was lower than any of these estimates and he explained in full the parts cost and labor costs.

we spent this week getting estimates from these HVAC companies:
Damion, Malvern, PA $1500
New Holland HVAC, New Holland, PA $2001.
Brandywine Heating and Plumbing. $1800
(Jerry) Lyons Mechanical, Gap PA $1430
Note: Lyons Mech advertises as free estimates, but charged $180 as he called our job diagnostic- really? Then he never returned calls/texts.

Most disappointing was that none of the above listed companies would give us a breakdown of their proposal for us to understand parts and labor; nor could we learn from any of them if the blower motor replacement they were supplying was EOM or aftermarket.
