I called this morning at 10:30 with a minor drain issue on my A/C. I was shocked to get same day service and ON TIME. I was super pleased with the technician's friendliness, honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the unit. I highly recommend Affordable Service of Rio Rancho. The price was great, too. Use these folks.

Don't waste your time with this company.

Called for an estimate and received one within a week (good!). After checking around with other companies and comparing prices and services, I ended up deciding to go with this company and reached out to them.

They do not return your calls or emails ever. I've called a few times, left voicemails, sent emails (to the tech and the company) and have not once received anything back from them. I was hoping to get some service done but will look elsewhere at this point.

Not sure how they stay in business if they do this to other potential customers as well.
