I needed a plumbing company who was certified in the Rannai indirect boiler systems as i needed a temperature and pressure gauge installed and had questions on the boiler system where it was newly installed in March of 2025.

The technician, Christi Cabrera was timely, professional and had extensive knowledge of my Rannai indirect boiler system. The quality of his work was excellent and I have hired ER Services Plumbing and Heating LLC to service my boiler going forward and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

ER Services responded to my request right away, got the info they needed from me to be able to give me their quote, finalized the price, the date and time to do the job. All of this in a matter of minutes. Their plumbers were here on time and they successfully replaced the old faucet and shower fixtures in our tub with new ones and solved the problem with poor water pressure. Even though their pricing was slightly on the higher side, I believe their skilled workmanship has more than compensated for it. I will absolutely hire them again for a future plumbing job and would recommend them to anyone who cares more about the quality of work than the price they pay (with a risk that things may go wrong shortly after and having to pay double or triple to get it re-fixed).
