This was a terrible experience. Not only did the plumber come in my home and never go in my bathroom, nor near any other plumbing in my home, he yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me when I wanted to voice a complaint. He was and hour late the appointment. He listened to what I told him the problem was, then stated to have my septic pumped ( it was pumped several moths ago when we moved in), have a new drain field put in, then he would come out lift the toilet and snake it for $375. He then asked for his $75 service fee and left without giving me receipt stating it would be mailed. I called the office and after 5 times of calling he answered when I said I wanted to complain he stated I had nothing to complain about he got angry yelled at me and hen I told him I would not argue with him he HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Bad bad business!!!

They were sent by my home warrenty company to address a leaking shower head. The cartrage was needed to be replaced and the handle mechanism was broken, neither was covered by the warrenty. He offered to replace them at an extreme high price. After speaking with my home warrenty company, the claim was denied because the plumber gave bogas report. This tells me he wanted more money than what the warrenty company would reimburse. I declined his offer to repair, but he put the shower handle back together incorrectly and now the hot water can be turned on. He refused to put the handle back together correctly. This also tells me he doesn't know what he's doing. His name is Ellio, but if you call him on it, he goes by Domingo.I gave him 1 star because he did show up in the window he gave - at the end of the window. Beware!

My home warranty company dispatched this plumbing contractor in Emergency service for my home due to a plumbing issue causing major backup in both my home's bathroom. Someone called my phone from the company (I assume to schedule a time come out) but I missed it. I called the number back and it was clearly someone's cell phone. The guy who answered, responded as though this was a personal line and not a business line. (sketchy) After he realized my call was regarding the emergency service that was requested, he preceded to schedule a timeframe of 4-6pm on Friday (2/24/17). He nor anyone else did not show up. I called the same number back, no response. The number given to me by my warranty company, no response. Even my warranty company dispatcher called, no response. Piss poor business etiquette, no schedule an emergency service and not show up AT ALL nor CALL. I rate this company 0 stars and would never recommend this company to anyone.

ER Rooter provides fast, friendly, superior service at a very reasonable rate. Elio installed my dishwasher, garbage disposal, and faucet in only a few hours, for a fraction of the cost that bigger companies would charge. I've owned 4 properties and have had my share of experience with plumbers. I will call ER Rooter anytime I have a plumbing issue. I recommend you do the same.

Terrible experience. Elio was sent to our house by our home warranty company. He tried to charge us more than what the warranty company paid for the job so he could double dip. He flooded the bathroom and then tried to get us to pay $3,000 for a main sewage pipe replacement. We said we wanted to wait and evaluate our options. Instead of waiting for us to make a decision, he left without even putting the toilet back together. When the home warranty company called him to ask questions he hung up on them twice. Would advise you to use someone else. He is a crook. Would give negative stars but the app won't let me.

If I could give them a ZERO I would!!! My home warranty sent this company out for a service call for a toilet that was not working and had been previously leaking. When the gentlemen called to come out he said he could come at 11 I said how about 12 or later and he responded 11 or not at all. He showed up closer to 12 and went in the bathroom. Took a look and took pictures while I was telling him what had been happening with the toilet. He flushed it several times so that water was leaking all over my floor. I said the toilet probably needed to be replaced since it was so old. Unbeknownst to him I do have some plumbing knowledge as I worked for 2 builders. He told me it wasn't the toilet but a sewer leak and when I responded the water would be dirty and that I didn't agree and thought it was the was ring under the toilet he went outside. I thought he was getting his tools and instead he drove off. What a jerk. On a great note the next plumber my home warrant company sent out was Oakley Plumbing and this guy was amazing!!!!! Not only did he fix the leak (which was the wax ring) he replaced the guts of the commode and left my bathroom cleaner than when he got there!

After putting in a request via my home warranty service and not hearing back from the plumber for a few days I called to check when he would be by to fix the problem. The man I spoke with was beyond rude. I ultimately canceled the plumbing request. If you're so disrespectful just on the phone I can imagine you would have little respect for my house. Company needs a course in customer service.

Super quick to slap a lien on your home, before the work is even started. I asked him for a notorized release of lien at time of full payment, HE REFUSED and tried to give it to me on a piece of scrath paper. I threathen to inform the city of Jacksonville on his practice, and also said my attorney would be contacting him. My notorized release of lien was in my hand shortly afterwards. He knows his work, but terrible in communication and practices underhanded tactics. HE MUST'VE THOUGHT I WAS GULLIBLE, BUT DISCOVERED HE WAS WAY WRONG! Stay away from him, and NEVER sign his """"Commencement Letter"""" which is a very hidden LIEN!
