L. R.When we were hit by the winter storm we had a non- freeze related plumbing issue at 10pm, we had no electricity, and needed our leaking faucet fixed ASAP!
After connecting with ER Plumbing (we all had terrible cell reception without power/internet), Evan made his way to our house on the icy/snowy roads. He was able to mitigate the problem until we had power.
We felt safe with him in our home without electricity. He was prompt and educated my husband on how to use our hot water tank until the cartridge could be replaced.
Once power was restored and their schedule got hectic, Evan connected with my husband to get our repair done. He allowed my husband to get the part and we said whenever they had time to come by and replace it was fine by us.
This was exceptional service by a local business who value their customer.
By the way...one of his team mates swung by and replaced the part that night on his way home.
