Eddy has been to my house several times. He and his crew are always friendly and nice. I have had two major problems and they solved them both. I didn't have to wait for days for them to show up either!

Great experience! Quick 'n' easy! Reasonably-priced. My on-demand hot water heater needed replacing. I'd been working with ERP for some time. Appreciated that the techs always put down protective tarps on the indoor flooring. Eddie and his staff always did a great explaining what was going on with my plumbing. The final replacement went seamlessly. It's heavenly to finally have reliable hot water again! I recommend ER Plumbing without any hesitation that they put the customer's needs at the forefront.

Great plumbers! Fast, reliable, and dependable. They know what they're doing and have done great work for us. We needed major work when we first moved in and they were right there and fixed the issue on the first try. The price was right as well.

I called E.R Plumbing to resolve a minor garbage disposal issue I was having, knowing the size of plumbing call-outs they deals with. I was so grateful that even though the issue was small, they were able to resolve the problem within an hour of my initial contact. I commend E.R. Plumbing for their care of all their clients and attention to everyone, no matter the size of the job.

Eddie is amazing! He was there exactly on time, great service, tested his work, and even cleaned up.
The work they did was exactly the estimate he had given. (Work included installing a gas line for outdoor grill)
I would recommend this company for all yr plumbing needs.

Great Service!!! We had a serious problem with a shower drain. Another plumber said we needed to replace the drain pipe. We knew the expense to fix would be high since house is on a cement slab. Wife suggested we call Line Locators to ""actually"" see what the problem was at that end of the house. Eddie came and checked our pipes with a video camera attached to a cable. Discovered the shower drain pipe was OK but roots in the pipe were causing the problem and the connection gasket hooking up the house with the city line coming in needed replacement to. Cleaning the roots out and giving us a new clean out for that corner of the house fixed our problems. And the BEST PART it was done outside the house and not breaking the cement slab inside the house. Appreciated Eddies expertise!! Thank You!! Reuben

Like the other reviewers, I rank my experience with ER as the worst ever. They pad their bills by sending out an incompetent kid who has neither the skills or the parts needed for even routine jobs--but they charge full price for him. Then the owner, Eddie, makes another trip to determine what materials are needed. Then they order the materials and make yet another trip. Eddie will have 2-3 men on a job that one could easily do alone. Get the picture?

I asked them to do a routine installation of a water filtration system. The kid spent a couple hours ""studying"" the situation and ""tracing"" the water lines, and then told me I had to do a complicated replumbing job, and reroute many lines. (This was the second time they gave me this story. The first time, at a different property, I took their word for it. Now I see that was a mistake. The first time they charged me $1100 to reroute one gas line to another, and there were 2-3 men on the job most of the time.) They also pad their material bills. For example, they used five costly fittings in lieu of a short piece of pipe to connect two water lines.

This time, when they told me I had to reroute lines to install the water filtration system, I looked at the lines myself, which took about 5 minutes. No rerouting whatsoever was required! The incoming water line went directly to the area where the filter was to be installed, and all lines serving the house took off after that point. The kid could not understand what I was trying to explain to him (or so pretended). He continued to insist I had massive replumbing to do. I insisted that Eddie come out and go over it with me. Eddie finally conceded I was right.

So they put the system in without rerouting any lines.

That was not the end of the problems. Even though Eddie himself was on the job, and despite the clear diagram provided by the manufacturer, Eddie hooked up the system backwards (he reversed the intakes and outflows). This caused black media from the filter to flow into all my drains, sinks, hot water heater, toilets, etc. A massive cleaning and flushing job that took me hours.

According to the manufacturer, installation of the system should take two hours. ER billed for 11 hours.

Bad already, but more problems were yet to come. MY WATER BEGAN TO STINK! It was tested at the point it enters my home, and was fine. Somehow, ER had managed to contaminate the filters. Every water line in my home, my water heater, and the filtration system had to be sanitized with heavy doses of chlorine.

In addition, a bad leak appeared in one of the filters. For obvious reasons, I called in a different plumber, who told me it was improperly installed. The filter was damaged beyond repair, and I had to buy a new one. Correcting this problem cost me over $300. This plumber said he had been called in a number of times to correct work originally done improperly by ER.

Other errors ER made while working on my home: Put in a new shower valve, but reversed the hot/cold connections. Installed a new shower drain at an angle. (It should have been level with the shower floor.)

Read what reviewers Michelle and Sarah say! I am not the only one to have been billed exorbitant amounts for incompetent work.

The worst experience with a plumber I've ever had. Some young kid showed up and didn't have the basic part to fix one thing, and didn't have the right tool to fix another. The toilet he fixed still leaks and the faucet and accessories he put in are in the wrong order. He was unable to fix another leaking faucet. Really? Charged over $100 an hour and billed for travel time too.

Eddie's work shows the highest level of professionalism and ethicality. When Eddie does work for us, we are comfortable that the work is done right the first time and for a fair price. If your extremely lucky, Eddie will have time to sit around and shoot the breeze after the job. Do not miss that experience if you have the opportunity - he is a world class story teller as well as a great plumber.
