We had a substantial leak in the main water line to our house in Sonoma. A normal plumber might have recommended replacing the entire line, which would have required removing and replacing a portion of the city sidewalk, a very large tree (roots and all), a section of fence and a concrete walkway - a job that could have taken weeks and cost several thousand dollars.

Eddie, on the other hand, responded on the next business day, precisely located the leak just inside a large planter using Acoustic Leak Detection, dug a small hole and repaired the line in one day's work without disturbing anything else. Even better, the repair geometry provides for future ""flex"" in the line that should last years and years. Best of all, his invoice broke down every cost component and was eminently affordable.

Eddie Robles and his team are magic! They have cleaned our drains, fixed our sinks, washers and all pipes going to and from our house. OMG Eddie at ER plumbing saved the day! We had had an underground leak for so long that we had thought for years that we had a small spring near our driveway. Well it turns out it was not a small spring and just recently it exploded into an entire hillside that was marshy.

On the DAY BEFORE an out of state trip, I suddenly realized we had a massive underground water leak. Like MAJOR! It was 2 in the afternoon when we were leaving the next day at 3am. After a few unsuccessful phone calls, I managed to find ER Plumbing and called him and Eddie came RIGHT OUT within the hour!

He promised to dig it up and deal with it all while we were gone, and he did! While we were driving 1200 miles, he came, dug it up, and fixed it, and buried it again, and it turned out to be a 10 gallon per minute leak! Very bad. The water bill came and it was $4275.00!!

Anyway, I can't recommend Eddie at ER plumbing high enough, he really took care of our issue, even when we weren't around to help. I'm sorry the deer don't have a place to drink anymore, but it's a drought, and I can't afford the water! Haha thanks Eddie!!

I met Eddie during the COVID-19 outbreak and he was cordial and professional as one could imagine.

He inspected my home (installing a gas line in my kitchen for a new stove I purchased) and assured me that the line can be installed and at a reasonable price.

Simply the VERY best! Eddie's efforts literally saved us thousands. So professional, super responsive and most importantly, honest.

While in the process of selling our home the inspector found a small leak. Eddie was referred to us by our realtor and long-time Sonoma local. He came out and fixed it right away.

Further, the buyers had a different inspector come out to do a lateral sewer inspection who claimed that pipes would need replacing, concrete pulled and poured etc. amounting to thousands of dollars worth of work.

Eddie immediately inspected it and found that all it needed was a quick clearing of pipes, not a full replacement. The buyers accepted his assessment and work and we no longer had to worry about it.

We could not be more grateful and will only use Eddie in the event anything happens with our new home. Customers for life!

These guys know what they are doing! I have had them to my business and home for many different things large and small and there is nothing they cannot do when it comes to pipes/plumbing, water, gas, line locating... I never call anyone else for even an estimate.
