Simply the VERY best! Eddie's efforts literally saved us thousands. So professional, super responsive and most importantly, honest.

While in the process of selling our home the inspector found a small leak. Eddie was referred to us by our realtor and long-time Sonoma local. He came out and fixed it right away.

Further, the buyers had a different inspector come out to do a lateral sewer inspection who claimed that pipes would need replacing, concrete pulled and poured etc. amounting to thousands of dollars worth of work.

Eddie immediately inspected it and found that all it needed was a quick clearing of pipes, not a full replacement. The buyers accepted his assessment and work and we no longer had to worry about it.

We could not be more grateful and will only use Eddie in the event anything happens with our new home. Customers for life!

Great experience! Quick 'n' easy! Reasonably-priced. My on-demand hot water heater needed replacing. I'd been working with ERP for some time. Appreciated that the techs always put down protective tarps on the indoor flooring. Eddie and his staff always did a great explaining what was going on with my plumbing.
