I would like to be able to say they did good work, bad work, any type of work really but I wouldn't know considering they just didn't show up to 2 different appointments that were made. After calling after the second no so, no one answered (of course) so I left a message. Two business days later, I still haven't received a call back and they won't answer the phone. Starting to wonder if this was even a real company or just a joke. I guess I'm glad this wasn't an emergency.

I had a appt set with this company last Tuesday they never showed up after the guy said he was 45 min away at 330 guy called assured me the tech would be at my house at 1pm the following Tuesday no one showed up again. Terrible company very unprofessional they won't last too much longer with service like this. Very unprofessional.

Set an appointment up with this company for an estimate for a tankless water heater. My appointment was set between 2 & 4pm the later on in the week. The morning of the appointment I called to confirm my appointment & received a voicemail. They called me back around 2:45pm to say they received a missed call from my number. I stated the call was placed at 8 am to confirm our appointment time. He told me then(2:45pm) he was running late but will be there in an hour. Hour can & went and I received a called back about 6:30pm & he informed me he was still on a job & it would be later or I can reschedule. I told him that's okay. I'm thinking if I invested over four thousand or more with this company for a tankless water heater, I would never get serviced properly or if an issue comes up it will not be taken care of in a timely professional manner; so long story short I choose another company for my needs that will service me properly before & after the sale. I must thank ER Plumbing for doing me the best favor ever done to any customer, by showing their trump card in the beginning!

Having recently purchased a home in Clayton that had NEVER had a dishwasher installed (go figure), we tried several installation options through the touted lists that state they will connect you with the help you need. Well that just didn't happen. Best 'advice' we got was to call Best Buy. GAH!!!

I came across ER Plumbing and Handyman Services through Yelp and what a tremendous find! The powers that be were smiling down on me that day! I spoke with Eric and he put us on the schedule within 2 days. I was thrilled!

When Eric and his team arrived they went straight to work and did not even take a deep breath until they finished the job. And since it was more involved than we had all thought I was super pleased to have the job completed in one trip.

Eric and his team are professional, prompt, fairly priced in my opinion, thorough and they cleaned up immediately.
