Highly recommend ER Plumbing, Edwing did a wonderful job for me. I started with a relative ""small"" job, but Edwing found there was actually big issue with house pipe (60+ years old house) ... so he spent whole day (10hr+) fixed the problem ... I contacted ER Plumbing and requested Edwin come out and help me with removing the old toilet seat and riser in the powder room because of the job of the previous plumber. I couldn't get the hexnut off of the bolt no matter what I did. Edwin to the rescue.

Edwin arrived on time and willing to help. After evaluating the situation, he was able to remove one hexnut and bolt but needed his tools for the other side. One of the washers was not the correct size to fit the bolt of the updated version of the toilet seat riser so Edwin had to cut a new washer opening from the old. It was a struggle to work the toilet seat riser because of its configuration but eventually it worked out fine.

This is the second time I called Edwin for help because the first time was due to rusted bolts and nuts that required a tool to cut the bolts off completely! It was loud and there was rust dust everywhere but Edwin left the area clean after he completed the job.

I recommend Edwin for any plumbing job because he is knowledgeable, attentive, professional and efficient. You won't be sorry to hire Edwin.

Edwin and his brother Ronnie were awesome. Their prices are very honest and they do great work. They replaced my shower valve cartridge, leaky garbage disposal and kitchen sink all in about 1.5 hours. Very friendly people too!

Very quick response! My tub had clogged and the technician was able to schedule same day service the problem was fixed within 2 hours of my request. All this on a holiday weekend as well.

Highly recommend ER Plumbing! Finally found our go-to for plumbing services. I requested an estimate for a faucet replacement service from several companies in the area but Edwin had them beat in responsiveness and pricing. Will definitely go to him for other projects in the future. At first, I thought the job would be simple but Edwin explained the faucet we bought almost didn't fit in our sink's 3-hole slots, but he was able to work them in. He also had to repair a pipe underneath the sink that has seen better days. I really liked that he was able to repair it instead of immediately recommending to replace (which we constantly experience from other businesses) and saved us money. He didn't charge more than he estimated even though he had to do extra. Thank you Edwin!

It was a pleasure to work with Edwin. My tub was draining slowly and as I was getting quotes, completely stopped draining. Edwin gave me a fair price to replace the tub trip lever and drain assembly and completed the replacement the next day. He charged a fair price for the materials and labor and even installed a cleanout. When he discovered that the problem was actually a clog in the line, he showed me the problem and gave me a fair price to replace the drain line. Along the way, Edwin kept me fully informed, took pictures and video of what was going on under the house so I could verify the work, and even completed the larger scope of work by the next morning.

Pros: responsive, quality work for a fair price, respectful, honest, thorough, he and his crew wore shoe covers when inside the house

Cons: was a little late for both the estimate and day of work
