I called them to replace my drain pan in my laundry room. Guy that came was very nice and arrived right on time. He was also helpful and gave recommendations on what needed to be fixed (home builder made the drain higher than the floor so it won't drain properly).

everything from re-pipeing to toilet installation , clogs, many things. The service people are always on-time, greet you and are very polite. the work that we have had done is always done in a very professional manner and always done correctly. This is more to just let people know when owning a home to get a few different opinions. Although the technician was very nice, he immediately told me that it would be a large job and would need to break up the ground. I got a second opinion and the tech was able to figure out that someone previously broke a piece off their snake and it was wedged into where the two connect, he found this out in 10 minutes. I spent 100 dollars unfortunately with this company to be told incorrect information and that is unfortunate, but lesson learned.

We had a problem with our water pressure regulator that was leaking and causing water pressure problems. After speaking with the Owner, David Ross, he sent a plumber by the name of Ted who do an excellent job of replacing the regulator. I also has a seal on my water faucet start leaking, Ted had on the truck the parts to replace the faucet. Great service, at a fair price. I would definitely recommend!

We needed a new toilet and installment. ER BLOCK did an amazing job with a great price. They sent over a plumber, I believe his name was James. He made sure that he cleaned up after installing the new toilet, was very polite and went above and beyond. With great customer service I highly recommend this company. I contacted ER BLOCK for a job along with other plumbers, ER BLOCK responded with the most reasonable price, Jame came for the job and explained to me how the other plumbers did a micky mouse job to my main water pipe, he completed the job in an hour and the estimate price given to me was very close to the final price, i will hire ER BLOCK for any plumbing job because they are professional and reasonable.

$800 AN HOUR??? WOW!! He was listed under emergency plumbing and I needed to snake my lines. It was Sunday at midnight. I left a message and he called me back but he acted like I was crazy and bothering him. He immediately blurted out, ""it's Sunday at midnight, that's gonna be like $800 an hour."" LMAO!!! Are you serious? Maybe he thinks that because I'm a woman, I'm stupid. Since I probably disturbed his sleep, I politely said, Good Night and hung up!! He called me back 3 times for some reason and finally my husband told him to quit calling!! If you don't provide a service, please don't advertise that you do.
