First let me say that they came within hours of calling to repair a gas valve and tube. Both were wearing masks and so courteous and professional. The young man was done within minutes while his boss looked on his progress. I'll be calling them now for my plumbing needs!!! Thank you guys!

Referred to ER Block by another independent plumber. I called them to repair/replace a mixit valve in master shower and main bath. Main bath he told me we would have to cut wall and replace the valves, so was not fixed. Had to call them back two more times because the handle in master was put on too tight and could not turn, plumber blamed it on the cartridge and seemed to work ok. Less than a week later, called back for third time because the hot & cold water was coming out the wrong way (hot on right/cold on left) although it worked properly before he changed the cartridge. Plumber told me I needed a complete new faucet with valves (another hole cut). I made arrangements to buy the faucet set and he would be back on Friday to install because he had a ""short day"". Eight days later I still have not seen or heard from plumber.

Plus side, both plumbers that were sent out were polite and personable. However I need faucets that work, so I will not call them back there are plenty of plumbers out there with excellent reviews.

I was referred to ER Block Plumbing by another plumber who just does Backflow device work.
I called ER Block because I had a leak in a copper pipe in a house that is over 100 years old. The shut off valve was practically rotted off as well.
They came the same day and did a fantastic job. John was the plumber that did the work and he is very efficient and knows his stuff. He replaced a portion of the pipe that had a leak and replaced the shut off as well. I would have to say he did EVERYTHING that needed to be done but did not over do the job.
I feel he was very competent and honest. I will be keeping their business card and sending them many referrals.
Great service and great work.
The receptionist who took my call was equally competent, efficient and very nice to deal with.
I believe her name was Andrea !!!!

I called them to replace my drain pan in my laundry room. Guy that came was very nice and arrived right on time. He was also helpful and gave recommendations on what needed to be fixed (home builder made the drain higher than the floor so it won't drain properly).

We have had ER Block at our home over the last 20 years many times.
everything from re-pipeing to toilet installation , clogs, many things. The service people are always on-time, greet you and are very polite. the work that we have had done is always done in a very professional manner and always done correctly. I highly recommend this great company and hope to do more business with them.

This is more to just let people know when owning a home to get a few different opinions. Although the technician was very nice, he immediately told me that it would be a large job and would need to break up the ground. I got a second opinion and the tech was able to figure out that someone previously broke a piece off their snake and it was wedged into where the two connect, he found this out in 10 minutes. I spent 100 dollars unfortunately with this company to be told incorrect information and that is unfortunate, but lesson learned.

We had a problem with our water pressure regulator that was leaking and causing water pressure problems. After speaking with the Owner, David Ross, he sent a plumber by the name of Ted who do an excellent job of replacing the regulator. I also has a seal on my water faucet start leaking, Ted had on the truck the parts to replace the faucet. Great service, at a fair price. I would definitely recommend!
