I contacted ER BLOCK for a job along with other plumbers, ER BLOCK responded with the most reasonable price, Jame came for the job and explained to me how the other plumbers did a micky mouse job to my main water pipe, he completed the job in an hour and the estimate price given to me was very close to the final price, i will hire ER BLOCK for any plumbing job because they are professional and reasonable.

$800 AN HOUR??? WOW!! He was listed under emergency plumbing and I needed to snake my lines. It was Sunday at midnight. I left a message and he called me back but he acted like I was crazy and bothering him. He immediately blurted out, ""it's Sunday at midnight, that's gonna be like $800 an hour."" LMAO!!! Are you serious? Maybe he thinks that because I'm a woman, I'm stupid. Since I probably disturbed his sleep, I politely said, Good Night and hung up!! He called me back 3 times for some reason and finally my husband told him to quit calling!! If you don't provide a service, please don't advertise that you do.

Will NEVER use this company again for ANYTHING! Technicians that did the work were great and very professional! However, Greg Ross is very unprofessional and rude! He even hung up on us during a conversations with him on 5/5. We had ER Block replace a section of the main sewer line in April of 2015. We discovered this past winter (2017) that they did not back fill the trench correctly. During the hard rains these past months (that never came last year) the area sunk about 12 inches in places. It also damaged a retaining wall (that we have to repair ourselves!) located near the area. We've had to argue with them on numerous occasions to fix the cave in which was obviously from them not back filling the trench correctly. Greg's son David scheduled with us to come on May 5th, 2017 to fill the trench with DG. At 10:15 a.m. Greg was called to see what time they would be at our house. We were told David was in Utah and had the only truck that could perform this work. Greg did not know why his son would have scheduled this since his trip to UT had been scheduled for 6 months. He could not give us a future date as to when this service would be performed and said he would call us back either next Monday or Tuesday. We later called Greg that day to explained this work needs to be completed and we have been very patient, waiting for 3 months. Greg told me he did not need to listen to me complain to him and that he was doing us a favor by filling in the trench area. He then hung up on me! Needless to say we were shocked that an owner of a company would hang up on a customer, again this is very unprofessional and rude.

A couple weeks later David called wanting to schedule another time to come out and fix the issue. He was called back the very next day and a message was left with him saying Friday would be ok with us. Well needless to say David never called back to confirm the day and we haven't heard from them since.

They sent James to find a water leak. Turns out it was a few small holes in my shower tile grout. What a relieif! James also replaced two old water supply lines to my toilets that were 20 years old and leaked if you turn the water up all the way. The bill way fair. He called to twll me he was on his way. Communication excellennt. Well stocked truck. No messing around he gets the job done quickly and professionally. I have been going to ER Block for almost 25 years or more. They always have the part I need, great advice and teach me how to fix stuff my self. Today I was over my head. First time I have hired them for a service call. Very pleased.

""Five Star"" Mike from E.R. Block Plumbing is the best! Only days after moving in, we had flooding in our kitchen when the washing machine drained. Mike came out and assessed the situation. In no time, he explained that the pipeline was clogged in the kitchen and washing machine area.

Mike was professional, courteous, and all around great to work with. He fixed our pipes in no time -- clearing out about four cups worth of tree roots -- with his equipment.

I would highly recommend this company. And Mike especially!
