Had yet another reason to call Troy and ask for help. He actually tried to help me resolve the issue on my own before coming out! I was very appreciative. Allen did have to come, again. And, again, he couldn't have been nicer. The job got done quickly, more importantly correctly and at what I considered a fair price.

Allen was awesome! He was punctual, friendly, thorough, and solved our clogged drain issue. Highly recommend!

I had a regular shower head and I wanted to replace it with a shower head and hand sprayer combo system. I gave Jon from Equity plumbing a picture of what I had in mind. He found me the website where to order the parts and texted the parts to me so that I could pay for it. I got an estimate from Equity Plumbing for installation only without parts included. After the job was completed, I realized that I could not reach the diverter valve because it was way too high or I had to get on my tiptoes. (I am an average female 5' 6"" height) Also because of the design of the new system, the shower head ended up being 5 inches higher than the standard.. Conclusion, in order for the new system to be at the standard height, the plumber was supposed to make a new hole in the wall about 5"" lower and re-pipe. Instead of telling me that I would end up with a shower system at an off standard height prior to installation, Jon went ahead and did the job without making me aware of the circumstances, just hoping to get paid and I would realized the consequences later. I asked Jon to make it right but he said that I had to pay for what he did and Troy would give me a new estimate for re-doing it.
The moto of Equity plumbing is that they are not the cheapest but their clients choose to work with them because they have peace of mind. I think an experienced and ""honest"" plumber should have brought the circumstances to my attention prior to installation. I had to hire another plumber to undo what Jon did and make it right. I spoke with the owner of the Co, I believe his name Troy but he would not accommodate me. I definitely would not recommend this Company.

We have used Equity Plumbing on a number of occasions within the past 3 years. Each time the services provided by Troy and his team have been very professional and friendly. We have not experienced any problems resulting from either Troy and his team or the work they have carried out.

We just have them to solve our kitchen clog, they are very on the job and very honest on the job. We were thinking a big problem on our sink clog (had another guy came before and didn't fix it) and was going to use airjet which would cost more than usual method. But after they arrived, they check and realized not need and got the problem solved woth the traditional method. Didnt went on the airjet(i am from automotive industry, and you know how the usual shop does, lol), which i am happy for their honesty and will absolutely call them again and recommend them to my friends and family for plumber problem.

Highly recommend this company! I initially called to ask about replacing all of my old toilets with newer and more water efficient models. Troy was very knowledgeable and guided me to what was best for my household. He told me very good advice and answered all of my questions over the phone. His prices were fair and he was able to accommodate the installation to our schedule. Since Troy took the time to explain everything to me in great detail to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions, I also hired him to install a tankless water heater. Troy is the owner and plumber himself, which makes this company different than all of those other plumbing companies that act as a corporation and may send out techs to do the work. Troy and his crew were able to install my new Navien Tankless Water Heater and all of the toilets in my house without any issue. I love my endless hot water and highly recommend the workmanship and professionalism of this company. Equity is my new go to plumbing company!

Absolutely recommend this company!
Contacted the owner Troy and he was able to schedule us very quickly. They showed up on time, they were very courteous And professional!
I liked that they wear booties inside the home, that was very respectful of them.
They took care of our issue in less than an hour to my surprise. And they left the place as they found it.
A+ for this company! Will keep you guys in mind if we have any other issues!

I reached out to have someone let me know why our dishwasher was spewing water out of the air gap on top of my sink and to look at the valve in one of our bathrooms.
A technician showed up promptly for our 8 am appointment and was very professional. I explained and showed him what my concerns were. He then spent about 10 minutes looking at both and then told me the following:
""I don't know that you need to replace the valve and flapper, but you can if you want. However, the 8"" hose that goes between the garbage disposal and air gap was bent, clogged and needs to be replaced"". I asked how much and was told $450.
Can you imagine my surprise that it would cost that much to replace a $10 part in my toilet and an 8"" hose that is clogged under my sink? I asked him how much for each. He told me that the air gap would be $250 which made the valve $200. Needless to say I politely told him that I would not be using their services and thanked him for his time. He was super nice and it seemed as he was used to this kind of response.
After he left I took a look at the 8"" hose he said was clogged and used a hanger to clean it out. It seems it was full of rice from our dinner two nights ago and 2 minutes later I reattached it to my garbage disposal and turned on my dishwasher and the issue was gone.
So here is my question and issue. If it clearly was clogged, why wouldn't you offer a $25-50 cleaning of the 8"" hose rather than telling me $250 to REPLACE the air gap or 8"" hose? That is pretty shady if you ask me. It also seems your pricing is about $100 per item higher than your competition.
I really was trying to support your business because your business address shows you are in the next development from my home and I assumed you were an honest, small family owned business. Clearly that is not the case and you are just opportunists.
Hopefully others don't fall for this routine...

Troy is very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. He cleared the bathtub drain and repaired the toilet in a very short amount of time. After the work was done, Troy showed me where the water main shutoff is in the house. He then checked the water main valve and 16-year-old water heater, and gave me some tips on those. I am very grateful to have found a plumbing technician who is reliable and professional. The whole process from making an appointment to paying is easy. I will definitely give Equity Plumbing a call next time when there is a plumbing issue.

My close friend referred me to Equity Plumbing and I am so glad to have found Troy!! While initially my friend and I were both using a plumbing company I referred to her, she then eventually revealed to me she switched all plumbing related jobs over to Equity and told me I should try him out as well. We had him first come out to help us with a leaky water heater and unfortunately, it became a much bigger issue than just that. Troy later also detected a major leak and had to repipe a portion of our home! While it seemed daunting at first, especially during the current climate with COVID and all, Troy was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish, was always respectable with social distancing and mask-wearing, and was very clean and meticulous in the areas he worked on. Eventually, we also had him come back to help us switch from our water heater to tankless, and we are so happy with how it turned out! I also greatly appreciated that he helped walk me through the steps of applying for the current rebate for a tankless water heater and was very responsive even when I texted him asking him for more guidance.
I highly recommend Equity Plumbing as Troy is incredibly reliable, very knowledgeable, his prices are more than reasonable, and he is truly a perfectionist when it comes to plumbing. Thank you Troy!!!
