This company is the the greatest! They'll come to your home or business and provide you with the exact service you requested. They're always on time. The earlier in the day, the better. They don't push you into getting something you don't need. I mean it don't just unplug your drains, they actually CLEAN them. The quality of work goes beyond what you'd expect. Let's face it. What other company go as far as sharing hidden secrets with you on how to keep your drains from clogging. Just put them to the test by asking them one simple question when they are done. Ask them is there anything they'd recommend you doing moving forward. They'll never push you into anything. But they'll always recommend things. Even if that means directing you to another company for something. The value of work and service they provide is impeccable for the price they charge for any drain service you call for.

Josh serviced the AC at my dad's house which is how I was introduced to him. I had him come out to my house to service a unit in my garage. He was prompt, had same day service available, and was incredibly reasonable. He even showed me what he fixed and how I can fix it myself if it is to happen again. 10/10 would recommend. Josh is amazing! (They are just getting into HVAC). Our heater was acting up. It was 41 degrees in our house and we have a 5 month old and a 6 year old. Josh came out and had our heater fixed within an hour! My husband and I have been scared to have anyone come out because of how expensive we thought it would be. Josh charged us under 100 bucks. He was professional, incredibly kind, and informative! Needless to say we found our new HVAC company!

I called another plumber on Fri and made an appt. for the following Tuesday to come look at a drip in the basement.

On Sat night, after returning from running errands for my recovering, home-bound brother, I heard what sounded like a waterfall downstairs after the upstairs toilet flushed. The upstairs toilet is the only one my brother can currently get to and it was plugged up. I spent my Sat evening with plungers and towels and thought it might work itself out by morning. No way... it was still totally plugged up in the a.m. so called plumber back asap in the a.m.
The original plumber got right back to me but could not come out on a Sunday and when I explained my situation, he recommended Scott at Equisure.

Scott had a full Sunday schedule but came right over, assessed the situation, let me know the estimated repair (time/cost) as well as gave some good advise about a longer-term fix for the main lines.
He was super accommodating, understanding and helpful. He rates are very reasonable and service was excellent since he didn't do anything we really didn't need. I highly recommend Equisure for anyone wanting honest repair services from a local business.
