Devin and Jerald are awesome!! Within 24 hours of my online request (using Yelp). I had a very competitive quote, and the difficult work was complete! The professionalism along with a great rate for a challenging job of re-routing a gas line is worthy of more stars. Extremely hard workers that represent the company well.

Devon came out to my house today (6/2/17) from EPW Services Plumbing to install a new Delta kitchen faucet; remove an old toilet; and replace a cheap water shut off valve. He was extremely efficient; knowledgeable; and professional; I was very impressed. He cleaned up his work areas including vacuuming, which was wonderful. I was able to pay him directly using a debit card. I would highly recommend EPW Services to anyone that has plumbing needs!

We needed a replacement of our hot water heater. We received a quote from a few area plumbers, including an outrageously high quote from Abacus Plumbing, who also pushed hard for a quick decision. Lee of EPW quoted a much lower price and did not try to steer us toward the more expensive option. He showed up on-time this morning and did the job quickly and neatly. I am keeping these guys in the address book for future work.

We didn't call you to "fix" anything. You were contacted for an estimate and given all the details of the need prior to and again, upon arrival. As for the irritation, clearly you're misinformed. My problem only arose when your technician was more interested in being nosy & wanting details - which was irrelevant, instead of just offering up the estimate you were to there to provide. Irregardless, you're right - EPW is unable to provide me with such services, but not by your choice - by mine. Thanks for your reply!****

My HOA community has used EPW every couple of years to flush out the drains that run along our property. Hap is always pleasant to deal with. He and his team are honest and courteous. He knows our system well. He comes out, does the job, and we send him funds. Easy peasy. I'd trust him for any job -- big or small.

Had a plumbing leak from a PVC pipe that had a nail in it in the garage. Reached out on Yelp and Jordan (dispatcher) replied promptly. Next thing Lee & Jerome were out here to repair the damaged pipe. With beams running all across, it was a tight area to work with but Lee rolled up his sleeves and put in some hard work to get the job done! Not only that, he did the job at a fair price and he was a pleasure to have inside our house working on the damaged pipe. Will definitely keep EPW in mind for any future work. Thank you :)
