These guys were awesome. I chose them over other bidders because they gave me a price range up front so I knew what to expect.

Money is tight this month. Their bottom price was reasonable. Their top price was manageable. In the end, they charged me their bottom price.

Two guys came out next morning- very fast! They were friendly and smart. They got my toilet working in a matter of minutes.

I would definitely hire these guys again!

Amazing! Within a couple of minutes, EPW fixed my garbage disposal by having me use an Allen wrench. They didn't come to my house, just suggested something to try. The other company I requested a quote from, wrote it would be$355 for a new garbage disposal. Thank you EPW for saving me money! I will use you when the need arises!!

We needed a replacement of our hot water heater. We received a quote from a few area plumbers, including an outrageously high quote from Abacus Plumbing, who also pushed hard for a quick decision. Lee of EPW quoted a much lower price and did not try to steer us toward the more expensive option. He showed up on-time this morning and did the job quickly and neatly. I am keeping these guys in the address book for future work.

Great company! I ended up having a busted water valve and actually called another company first. The first company came out and recommend that I replace the whole thing for about $900. I then contacted EPW and had a tech come and look at the water valve. He explained it was an easy fix and could do everything for $275. They then came back out with all the parts needed and fixed everything. Some other companies seem like the techs are just salesmen who try and get you a to sign up for memberships and take advantage of people by replacing/fixing items that don't need replaced. I didn't get that at all from EPW. They were friendly and more importantly honest. Will be using again!

These guys are fantastic! Had 2 toilets leaking in my new house. Tried to fix one but just made a mess of it and decided to call a EPW to do the job. Came out exactly when they said the would and were extremely skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up replacing one of the toilets with a new one and they had it up and running in no time! They fixed the problem with the other toilet that i couldnt figure out and they even cleaned up my mess that I made the day before!!! The cherry on top was the price. Was a hundred dollars less than what i was expecting to pay!

Hap & Jordan helped me repair an under the slab belly that most other companies didn't want to touch. They did so creatively by creating a separate drainage line around the perimeter of my house, which avoided having to tunnel down below the home's slab. Work was done on schedule at a reasonable price considering the scope. Would happily recommend EPW for all plumbing needs.
