I founded this company in June 1980, with just one employee. Over the years, I developed a wide customer network primarily through building new homes and customer referrals. While business is not as brisk as it once was, we continue to provide our customers honest service at a reasonable rate.

Sweet S.I purchased a newly built home on July 31, 2019. Since then, I've called this company 1-2 times per week to have them to fix the scald gurd so that my shower water will get hot. They have not returned a call. Today, I called tge emergency number, and spoke with Mike. He told me that he could not help me.l, and gave me the corporate number, which was the number I had been calling for a month. Non existent customer service. Headed to the BBB site next.
