Spoke to son in August and finding out he had a foot injury, he said to call back in Sept. Called in late September and didn't get a call back. Waited a few more weeks and left another message. Son called back to say they are not taking on new clients. ?! I could've looked for another plumber in the meantime instead of stringing me along. Not very professional

Beware! I have used Epps Plumbing for years. Last week they installed a 30 inch vanity and faucet. Appointment had been made three weeks prior. Two trucks showed up to which I asked ""why two plumbers to install a simple vanity that was already unpacked and in the bathroom?"" I was told ""just in case they needed help"". Alan and Sean (father/son: nice guys) installed the vanity. Total time from arriving in driveway to rolling out driveway was 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was a job for only ONE plumber as only one person could reset trap and the replace the two valves. Work was fine but BEWARE the Bill. $785.70 for 1 person working for 1.25 hours! They even left the old vanity in the side bedroom which required two people to carry down the stairs. I will never use them again.

Amazingly fast service!
I clogged my parent's ancient basement sink with awful stuff poured out of a Shopvac. Shaun Epps was at the house in an hour and cleared the gravel, etc out and we were so happy because the house was going up for sale soon. We will call them again for any troubles.

I have used Epps Plumbing since moving to Wayne more than 15 years ago. They have never disappointed me! Today, Shaun came out to replace my broken faucet. He was polite, professional, neat, efficient and on time! In addition, he even noticed my water pressure was off and upon testing it found my pressure gauge was broken. He was able to correct that too!!! I would highly recommend Epps Plumbing with confidence!

I have used Epps Plumbing on two occasions now and have been beyond pleased both times. They are on time (if not pleasantly early), friendly, and reasonable. During both visits, I showed them things I was concerned about. After thoroughly checking, they advised they didn't need to be replaced yet and what to keep an eye out for. I appreciate that in a business. So many other companies would replace them just to increase the bill. Keep up the great work!

Affordable plumber who does a good job. Shaun came out promptly for a quick faucet fix. It was my first time with them as we are new to the area. Good to have a reliable plumber to fix stuff. Will probably be using them in the future as well, when other issues arise!

Epps is simply the best plumber I have ever used and I have used them for almost 20 years. They are local, right in Wayne. Whenever I call with, usually, and urgent problem as most plumbing and heating problems are, they are quick to respond. They are efficient and helpful. But most of all they are reliable and honest.
