Our hand was forced by our homeowners insurance, but in the end it was worth it. Water tastes better, crew was done ahead of schedule and the house was cleaner after they left.

Had a major water leak under the slab for some time and needed to get it fixed asap. Contacted Epipe and they made the whole process easy and quick. It only took a day to get the quote and had them schedule the following week. The crew was timely, professional and worked extremely clean. The had had hardwood floors and they protected all areas and left 0 mess. The water system works like new and NO LEAKs.

The customer service is very friendly and helpful. The team that came to the house for pipe restoration were knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all questions. Would recommend this company.

They arrived on time and got everything done in a day without damaging the walls. We have had no more leaks.

Epipe did a wonderful job injecting the leaky copper pipes in our home. They completed the job in 2 days, as promised, and did a wonderful job. They are meticulous, quite and polite, and left our home exactly as they had found it.
Using Epipe, rather than repiping, was one of the best decisions we ever made.
i highly recommend Epipe!!

Good job. Actually, Yelp is more annoying: refusing to allow me to edit or delete my review.

Epipes is a life saver. We had a pin hole leak in our plumbing after 20 years. We had leak repaired but were concerned about the future. Their team came and used their equipment to clean, sand and coat our existing copper pipes with a patented process of epoxy to coat the pipes throughout our home. They were on time and efficiently did this entire job in two days. Their crew was trained, clean and protected our floors and home during the whole process. Highly recommend.

Our water heater started leaking on a Thursday and that same afternoon someone came out to assess the problem. David, the lead technician made a call to his office and arranged to have a new water heater installed the next day. They had to move the schedule around to accommodate me and had to search high and low to find the right one. The lead installer was fantastic. He took his time to make sure the installation was done correctly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They stand by their work and are easy to work with.

I can not recommend this company enough!! From the estimate with Tommy to the work completion with Antonio and his crew, I had complete trust that the job would be done as anticipated. We feel comfortable being protected from future pinhole leaks and the damage they cause for a long long time!!

The short version: horrible service. ""Estimate"" visit which lasted literally 20 seconds. Didn't ask questions, made no effort to understand our situation, just took one step into our 2300+ sq ft house and said ""No, we aren't doing this job."" Details below.
The longer version: Had two leaks in copper piping in the ceiling of the kitchen and family room of our 30yo townhouse. This caused a bunch of damage and forced us to relocate much of our stuff to our living room and dining room due to demolition and remediation while the rooms were sealed off with plastic sheeting and ServePro's blowers and dehumidifiers did their work.
Both plumber who repaired the leak and ServePro recommended we look into repiping whole house since leaks happened in rapid succession. Since so much of the ceiling was demolished, you can literally see where the pipes are running instead of trying to guess. ServePro guy suggested we also contact ePipe and get an estimate since he'd heard good things. Called and made an appointment.
Two days later, Tommy arrived on time. He literally took one step in our house, and I said, "" Sorry for the mess,"" referring to the clutter from the contents removed from kitchen and family room adding to office setup in dining room (work at home setup since COVID pandemic started). He took one look around whike standing on our doormat and said, ""No, we aren't doing this job. We have to trace the pipes and there's too much stuff in the way.""
He didn't bother to ask if we'd be willing to move the stuff. He didn't hear the 5 industrial air movers blowing air in the family room and kitchen. If he bothered to take five more steps into the house, he would've seen the plastic sheeting ServsPro out up where the demolition from the water damage had occured, and maybe would've thought differently. But he didn't. He just said ""No"" within the first 7 seconds.
I was shocked. I was about to explain why the stuff was there and that if it was a concern, we could move stuff eventually. (Note that we already had one plumber give an estimate for a copper or PEX recipe, and we knew that they'd need even more access than ePipe would, and that plumber didn't express any concerns). But I decided that if he was too clueless to express interest in the job and be as terse and rude as he was, I wasn't going to try to talk him into giving me an estimate, let alone actually trusting this company with a major repair on my house likely to cost $15k-$30k.
So I politely said, ""Oh, okay. Thank you,"" let him turn around and walk out, and closed the door behind him.
My first experience with ePipe lasted 20 seconds.from start to finish. It will be my last.
You blew it, Tommy. Maybe you have so much work coming your way that you just DGAF. Maybe you were just having a bad day. Maybe the extra five minute delay before I could let you in the house put you in a bad mood. Maybe this is how you treat everyone. I have no idea.
