Cast iron sewer collapsing. Asked Epic for an estimate. They came out and looked but said they would need $500 to do a full estimate running cameras and plotting plan. I agreed only if they would provide videos and map of rerouting plan. They would apply the $500 to bill if we chose them. Turns out their estimate was double the estimate of company we chose. That company did a free estimate. They did spend several hours investigating and did share videos and plan. But I got the same from another company and still saved thousands. They wet up front about the charge but still Feeling ripped off.

Albert and Devin replaced a leaky kitchen faucet after assessing the plumbing issue. Both men were friendly, polite and respectful. They completed the work at a good pace and to my satisfaction. Albert did need to come back to adjust the faucet. He was out the next morning and performed the work perfectly. Would recommend Epic Plumbing and Albert and Devin

Best plumbing company ever! They are always timely and professional. We have an older home and have had a few plumbing issues the last few years. This company is called EPIC because they are EPIC! The theee service calls we utilized this company, we were treated well and the price was competitive With other companies in the industry. You won't be disappointed!
During the freeze everyone needed a plumber and they were honest, worked us into their huge workload and the owner Todd even came out on a Sunday to assure us what we needed and how soon they could install/change all our attic copper pipes that blew up!

We live only one house away from their place and the job took about 15 minutes max; used the part we supplied. The rude surprise was $200.00!

The company owner, Todd, said that their minimum charge is $ 195.00!!

At this rate, we all should be plumbers!!

This company has provided exceptional service. Appointment was easy to schedule. Text messages sent to confirm appointment time and they even send you a small bio and photo of the worker who is assigned to your home. Plumbers very professional. We had a whole house water filtration system installed that we had purchased. They did a wonderful job installing it, but within hours of turning the system on we had a leak. Unlike other plumbing services we have used before who said they guaranteed their work (but didn't follow through with that guarantee), EPIC sent Joseph out to fix the leak and honored their warranty/guarantee. I don't mind if it takes more than one trip to get something right when a company stands behind t by eir workmanship. It's for that reason I have no trouble recommending Joseph and EPIC Services!!

I seldom give reviews but I had to give Epic Service the kudos it deserves. I came home early to meet another service provider unrelated to this to find water pouring out the side of my house. Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night. The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished. The work was exceptional! I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise. Epic is my plumber for life! I cannot remember the name of young man that answered the initial call but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. You guys Rock!

First rate, top job plumbers. These people are locally owned and are always responsive when you call with a need. They are so very knowledgeable and the quality of their work is top notch. They have done quite a few different jobs for us and each one has been right and an improvement. They are very honest and always good about calling to let you know when they will arrive. I can't say enough nice things about this plumber.
