We recently had a major blockage in our main kitchen line and it was draining very slowly. We called the first company who spent 4 days hemhawing, getting nowhere, and they charged us $400 after they had told us they would not charge us unless they fixed the problem. Then they wanted nearly $6000 to ""fix"" the issue. We of course were shocked by this and said we'd get a 2nd opinion. They then offered a different ""lower cost solution"" and said that would cost nearly $3000 but then said they didn't really recommend it, claiming it would not work. We decided to get that 2nd opinion. I'm so glad we called Epic for that 2nd opinion. Jesse, the owner, came out personally and evaluated the problem. He quoted $1600 to fix it. He said it would likely be an all day dirty job but he was extremely confident that his team could do it for that amount. The following Tuesday, he sent 2 of his plumbers to clean the main kitchen line. It was an all day dirty job but they did exactly what they said they would do and fixed it. In the end, Epic saved us thousands of dollars and still came in under their own quote. I'm so thankful for a good, honest and ethical company like Epic and highly recommend them!

Never, under any circumstance, should you use Epic Plumbing. They booked a 2-day job that required shutting off the sewer to my house on a Friday and Monday, leaving me without sewage over an entire weekend with zero notice. I found out about that fact Friday morning when they came out to start the service. Why in the world they would book a 2-day job like that on a Friday/Monday is beyond me. And once the job was done a pipe starting leaking that did not leak prior to them coming out to do work on the sewer. They price gouge and clearly do not care about the customers, only their bottom line. In a city over saturated with plumbing companies, you would think customer service might be a bit higher on their priority list. Use someone else, anyone else, other than Epic Plumbing.

Jesse the owner immediately took action and contacted Jason who arrived within 30 minutes. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and had my problem solved in minutes. Wonderful job! As DIYers, my husband and I have learned the hard way that installing a tub or shower is beyond our abilities. Jamie and Harley came out and installed my new tub; both were very professional, courteous, and all around great people. Will definitely be calling Epic for all our plumbing needs!

I reached out to Epic after I saw excellent reviews about this company on Yelp. Jesse called me on a Sunday - wow!! - and gave me his thoughts over the phone. Jesse sent Jasen two days later who resolved the two complaints (shower cardridge and loose kitchen faucet) neatly and efficiently. ""Repairs"" were tested as well as all the plumbing fixtures checked prior to his departure. Jasen was very nice and did a good job. Would have given 5 stars if Jasen didn't make a negative comment about how the particular job was handled by the ""last plumber"". Even though I agree with him, a professional should not bad mouth a prior job (unless the question about prior work is asked) because you never know who did the work before you. Could have been me :)

Jesse & crew installed a bathroom in our basement. Can't thank them enough for their promptness, and professionalism. Their rate was very reasonable which helped us tremendously! About a month ago, we were having problems with getting hot water to our shower. Jessee was recommended to us and we called him. As another review mentioned, he is professional, friendly and thorough. When it became apparent that we needed to replace actual plumbing in the wall, he gave us the extra time that day to replace the parts. A neat, clean opening to the pipes was made, and now the shower works perfectly! He also gave us a name of someone who did a great job of repairing the wall, and we were totally back to normal in just a few days. Excellent service!

So happy we called Jesse to help us with a new water heater. He had our problem solved the same day we called him. Jesse is professional, friendly & thorough in his work. It was helpful to have a service provider that communicated on expected arrival time and didn't leave us hanging. Additionally, his prices were reasonable.
