Rating not totally 5 stars since we needed service right away and had basically no choice due to impending hazard. Could have possibly made a more economical choice if we were not in dire straits. Our electrical panel suffered shorts and had breakers that were toast. Hence the urgency. Gabriel was able to get started the same day and 99.9% completed the same day. We had him install a 200A panel to replace our outdated 100A. The pre existing issues of flickering lights and black/brown outs are now gone. They left my residence clean and we are satisfied with the work done. Now awaiting final inspections from PGE and the city.

I'm not one normally to leave a poor personal experience review but this one is deserved.

I reached out to Enzo via Yelp last week about a wiring replacement job. We exchanged a few Yelp messages and settled on a Monday afternoon meet/greet and on site inspection.

Took a half day off to be available at my place and sadly they never showed. When I called to find out if they were running late, they declined my call and said to text message him. So I texted him. Twice (over an hour apart). Didnt get one response.

Truthfully, the only reason I started talking with them at all, is because I sent a bid thru Yelp, and these folks were the first to respond. If you are looking for assistance with an electrical job I'd recommend you go elsewhere. The professionalism is just not there.

Gabriel Mendez, project manager came by on 2/14/22 for consultant visit. He requested for the building blueprint pdf copy so hi steam can send me the quote which I emailed to him the same day. No response from the company. I followed up and he said Katy will send. Still no response. Lack of coordination in the company. Not interested in doing business. Will not recommend. Be careful about sending blueprints to contractors. I will report to CSLB if they misuse the blueprints which they are not unauthorized to.

he did a good job at my home but never gave me a receipt/invoice for the payment I made (over $2K) to him. I called/texted Gabriel at least 6 times and he always said he will send it ""today"".

Excellent people and service. Thinking of customers. I have a project asked Gabriel Mendez to estimate. He came to my house, did the professional evaluation. Instead provided me a very reasonable quote only, he suggest me not to execute the project. He provided me a much better solution and helped me to save money. Much appreciated. Next time, I will call Enzo definitely when I have a project to do.
