I had a rather poor experience with Enwright. I called to ask that they take a look at our toilet and shower....the guy needed to run out for a piece for the toilet and was gone for 2+ hours. Finally he came back and ""fixed"" it, but couldnt do the same for the shower unless the ""cut a hole through the wall on the other side."" We were charged a fair enough price, I thought at the time.

We called another company to look at the shower, and they identified the issue over the phone with a couple of pictures. The other company, Provencher Plumbing, who I highly recommend, fixed the issue in 20 minutes. A couple months later, the issue with the toilet returned. Provencher fixed it in minutes at half the price. Maybe we caught Enwright on an off day, as other reviews are positive, but this was just our experience.

Enwright Plunbing and Heating came in to estimate a new construction job for us. Their timeliness and attention to detail was excellent. Delivered price was in line with proposal and changes made on our end were handled professionally. Per NO fault of theirs the on-demand water heater developed an intermittent exhaust leak just enough to trip the area CO monitor. They came within an 1/2 hour of being called and remedied the fault (again internal to the fixture -not an installation issue) - Note to all homeowners - trust your detection devices and this company's excellent reputation.

The guy is a thief.

His guys show up an hour late (first call of the morning), get their work done and there was a bit of 'barter', exchanging an unused plumbing fixture for cash/discount of services.

Took the fixture, no cash/discount and then several phone calls (and he's none too professional on the phone) and a bunch of BS excuses about it.

Needless to say, he has the fixture and the cash and won't do what he said he would. So, yea, he effectively stole it.

I needed to replace a water heater, and the plumber who did my last one retired years ago. I looked online and found Mark Enwright. This is Mark Jr. - Mark Sr. did an outstanding job updating my upstairs bath a couple of decades ago. It's clear that the apple does not fall far from the tree. Mark Jr. is as reliable and trustworthy as his father. I highly recommend him.
