Had a new sink to install and the new drains were about 5 inches farther back then the previous sinks drains. So all that needed to be done was to cut the drain pipes under the sink and use a coupler to put it back together. It's an easy fix that I could do myself but I had other projects to do and I honestly just didn't feel like doing it. Also when I shut the water off to the sink I also noticed the valve had a small leak so I asked for the quote to include that also. I was quoted $950 for these simple fixes. I politely told them no, they charged me nearly $80 just to come and look and sent them on their way. I went to the hardware store paid $12 in parts and had the issue resolved in an hour and 30 minutes. Something the ""pros"" would have been able to do in about half the time I'm sure.

Thank you to EnviroSafe and Howard for saving our Thanksgiving. After a water leak under our kitchen sink around 4 pm the night before, and calling multiple plumbers who all were unavailable until it would be too late, EnviroSafe saved the day and had someone to our house within a couple hours. Not only did he fix the leak, but he fixed the angle of the pipe (which had been a problem for a while) and everything was perfect when he left. He explained everything and took care to keep our house clean while he worked. The cost was fair for the work done and the timing and was provided up front.

It's hard to find a good plumber. I have been using enviro safe for over ten years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even repair and paint the drywall when it has to be opened up.
They know my system and always manage to solve the problems that come with a large older house.

I am thankful I called Enviro-Safe! I was having an issue with my well water so I called around to a few local companies that deal with well water and private well systems. Instead of telling me that I needed a very expensive filtration system right off the bat, Nick spent a few minutes on the phone asking me questions about the problem I was having and ended up sending out a service technician to further diagnose my problem. They were professional and courteous when they arrived and explained everything they were doing. They correctly diagnosed and corrected my problem for the cost of a service call, when they could have told me I needed a lot of expensive equipment installed like everyone else I spoke to.
